Are the figures at the bottom of your posts with the lovely jumping cartoon characters sales or what you have earned please?
Many thanx
Jenny
Hi Jenny, mine are sales.
You get 20 on everything above £78 and 25% on everything above £148. You have to pay for your brochures out of your profit and any samples & demo products.0 -
The pedometer is coming but I got an email back saying that the white flip flops are no longer available so I wont be getting them at all now. Everything else I ordered is in stock though so Im pleased about that. :T0

Just emailed an application form to Avon for a newbie I signed up today (it includes an authorisation code as I need to get it into my current campaign, which strictly speaking ends today.....) Do I still post the top copy to Avon or will that confuse things?
Hi MC
thanks for birthday wishes. Yes you still need to send top copy to Avon, they need the original copy for signature, etc.0 -
Hey
A customer ordered some of the country rose towels last campaign, ive been invoiced and charged for them but in my order i got a note saying they were out of stock and would come in when they were back in stock.
The customer now doesnt want them, do i have to wait until they are eventually delivered to get a credit, they are not on my invoice for this campaign.
Hi Carly
were you actually charged for them? If something is out of stock, Avon don't usually charge you until they deliver it. So if is not showing as charged, then wait until it shows on your invoice and then apply for a credit.0 -
And then today ... I go back into the order just in case, and find a big fat green tick!!!
So does an X always mean an X ?? !! I suppose its always worth ordering X'd products because you never know what the fairies might bring? !! Plus it counts towards your PC sales.
an X never means it is an X! I remember Lozza saying this a few threads back...lol.
She said that if you see an X, don't take it as certain until you actually get your delivery as chances are it will come into stock.0 -

Go into your account and the invoice where they charged you and apply for a credit, reason, ordered, charged, but never received.
If you still having problems, get your SL or ASM to call Avon and tell them.
Had to do something on a much larger scale today for one of my reps and it was all sorted with a quick phone call.0 -
Can anyone advise me whether the Bench watch for £10 when you spend £10 offer is available in campaign 12? I have tried to order this online but it comes up no longer available????? Also the loyalty offer on page 192 of the same brochure comes up no longer available???
Are these offers only available through reps and not as a customer online??
Does anyone know?
Thanks0 -

The offers online are showing as not available. The Bench watch they knew was going to be popular and even said that deliveries of it maybe delayed for Reps.
They may have stopped selling online for this reason. Have you got a local Rep you could ask to put an order through for you? They may be lucky enough to get the items for you.0
