Just checked c12 brochure and the sensitive rollon is ony 99p in there so I can order on C12 instead of backorder. Also the sss creamy body wash is half price at £1.50 instead of the c11 price of 2 for £4. If I backorder them it shows them as no discount. Is that normal?
Unfortunately the grow potion has gone up to £5 in c12,c13 and c14 so I will lose out on that one. Customer will be kept happy though and she was pleased with th free shower gel I gave her. It will also look good as the showergel I gave is £2.50 in C12 brochure!
No commission will show at all until your order reaches £78 (Actually I saw one yesterday that was over £78 and it still didn't show any discount so am wondering if the actually trigger is £78.50+?)
The grow potion is actually free in C12 with certain products (p56-59)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Joking apart, main advantage I find to being in PC is the cheaper deals in HT and having our own helpline, which knocks the spots off all the others (SL helpline included)!
lol! true! (although i never ring! only ever email lol)
I got my starpoints statement today too have 4000 so far so about £40 however after all the admin fees they arent worth that much (16.7% admin fee to turn it into "cash" )0 -
MC-Yes-I did notice that but its £6 for the nailvarnish. So-I will get commission as long as order is MOV? Great if that is the case!
Just noticed that the sss bodywash was the soft and sensual but this campaign it is signature silk. She may prefer it if she is saving £1. If Im going to get commision on it anyway I think I will pop in the new book and ask her which she would like. My "mistake" could even save her money so I think it will work well. I told her it was entirely my fault and she wasnt at all bothered-as long as she hadnt got a bad deal it was all good. I may even give her a pressie next order.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -

So long as you hit MOV then you should definitely get commission @ 20%
Well done you; little mishaps like this can sometimes help your relationship (least that's what I find) with your customers. They appreciate you involving them and trying to get them the best deals possible. Two of my team have had someone order the Fergie body spray @ £4 in C12 (they're new customers so didn't see C11); I've suggested that they back-order in C11 @ £14 for the whole set and then offer the customer the option to either have the full set or just the body spray for £4 (which means the EdP and body lotion will cost them nett £7.40 - or they could... maybe...;) return the EdP for credit of £11.40, sell the body spray @ £4 and keep the body lotion - yes, know we're supposed to return the free gifts but has anyone EVER been picked up for not doing so? Anyone?)
Sorry, for the ramble - either way, it's a win/win situation; you get a happy customer with a belting deal for £14, extra Order Value/Commission and/or you get a belting deal yourself! :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Ive just made Bronze on LOA8, so Im looking forward to my bits n pieces.
Details should come with your next delivery; seem to recall you get 2,000 points for achieving Bronze. You can exchange points for various gifts and also vouchers (M&S, B&Q, etc.) @ rate 1,000 points = £10 but you need minimum 3,000 points

Hi All
apologies if this question has already been asked, have small baby so time is limited on pc!
Can I operate as an Avon agent outside my area? We already have a very good agent locally but my mum's area which is a completely different borough and postcode (about 15 mins away by car) doesn't. I go there every week and know most of her neighbours so think there would be interest.
many thanks

Yes, I don't see why not, if you are prepared to travel and cover the territory, if it is free and assigned to you, think the ASM for that area would be very pleased to see you0 -

Hi,
You can show your brochures/sell to anyone you know on a Friends and Family basis so you're OK to take books round to your mum's neighbours i.e. the ones you know. The following may, however, also help:
Some SL's/ASM's have Avon 'Survey' sheets, which can help find new customers. The idea is that you go out armed with a Survey Sheet (could actually even be one you make up yourself I guess....) - no Avon books on you though - and you try and establish when the last time people had an Avon book offered to them at their door. (You could also make up other questions to ask i.e. have you seen the Avon adverts on TV? Which is your favourite one? Can you remember anything about one? etc. etc.) Some people will give you short shrift, others will be happy to talk about it whether or not they're interested in Avon and others will talk your hind legs off because they've not seen a book (or maybe any visitor...
) in yonks. You have to play this very carefully because you could be perceived to be cold canvassing, which you are not allowed to do - especially if that street is already allocated to another rep. Doesn't take long to establish if there is another rep covering the street and if there isn't then by now you've got to know these people you've been chatting to so the very last thing you ask them is: 'By the way, would you actually like to see a current Avon book - totally without any obligation, of course'
As I said, be careful doing surveys (if there is a resident rep be prepared for an 'ear bashing' from her/her SL or even her ASM  ) but you'll get an idea after knocking on a few doors whether you're 'safe to continue. Far easier, however, to get your mum's neighbours to suggest another neighbour, who may be interested. That way you're just extending your F&F to friends of your F&F!
Good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
