Sent my third order off last night, so for C12 nearly made the £300 but not quite!!

I am attempting an "Avon party" on the 21st August, nervous but excited! Will order a few bits for my c13 due on 5th august & use some to demo & some to sell on the night.

I started Avon just to do something & give me some spare pennies over the Summer, as I start a new job after mat leave, but not untill September. Will be working 2 days a wk term time only, so I knew I could continue from sep as well, but I'm really enjoying it actually! Love the creative ordering & as we didn't have Avon before I usually order a couple of bits & my 4 year old loves getting a treat for her help in bagging it all!!

Beware; it's 'infectious'..... I only started with the intention of doing it for a few months to get me out and about/spur me on to get some exercise. Letting go of the opportunities for all those goodies though is very difficult! :rotfl:

Quick query pls for SLs/ASMs (and/or anybody else 'in the know')....

Just emailed an application form to Avon for a newbie I signed up today (it includes an authorisation code as I need to get it into my current campaign, which strictly speaking ends today.....) Do I still post the top copy to Avon or will that confuse things?

Not too sure about that, but word to the wise. Do call them now, to make sure that they have received it. I did this on Tuesday and just assumed it went as it wasnt bounced back. Called on wed looking for account number and had to resend.

Managed to get new reps orders online on Thursday! Doh!!!

Thanks for the tip; I've had the auto acknowledgement from Avon so hopefully should be OK do you reckon? Am a bit loathe to bother them again being that they mentioned they're really up against it today and it could be tomorrow before it was loaded! (Didn't think they even worked on Saturdays.)

SL forum seems OK but there's a message of apology on PC forum from 'Jive Admin' thanking everyone for their patience. Don't go on there often so didn't notice it before you mentioned.

Ooooohhh Avon, Avon, Avon ... what is going on? !!

A customer wants some more of the pomegranate & mango room sprays - 5 of them. I thought oooh - could I put an additional order in for C11 and get them for 75p each from HT clearance and charge her the £2.50 as she'll still think its a bargain?? So, I put the order onto the system on Monday, and got a big fat red X - so I texted her and said sorry, OOS and no further stock expected.

And then today ... I go back into the order just in case, and find a big fat green tick!!!

So does an X always mean an X ?? !! I suppose its always worth ordering X'd products because you never know what the fairies might bring? !! Plus it counts towards your PC sales.

(Incidentally, I also ordered 5 at 1.75 from this time's HT clearance just in case, so on Thursday I will be overrun (hopefully) with room sprays!!)

PS Have just ordered another 10 so there'll be a box worth probably!!!

    Hey

A customer ordered some of the country rose towels last campaign, ive been invoiced and charged for them but in my order i got a note saying they were out of stock and would come in when they were back in stock.
The customer now doesnt want them, do i have to wait until they are eventually delivered to get a credit, they are not on my invoice for this campaign.
