Jenny, they are my Avon Sales. I only wish it was my earnings.
I earn 25%. I am also a Sales Leader and earn commission from the productivity and success of my team.

Sadly, they were back ordered from C10 at £10 so I called Avon and pointed out that they were ordered at £10 so we need them at that price and theyve put them back on for her. an X never means it is an X! I remember Lozza saying this a few threads back...lol.
She said that if you see an X, don't take it as certain until you actually get your delivery as chances are it will come into stock.
Yeah - I had the same thing with the room sprays from HT, and also 3 of the £2.50 perfumes from HT clearance...one was showing oos, the other in stock, then they were both in stock...then by the time my order was processed, the other one was the one that was oos and the other was in stock!!! pmsl! SO yes - even if its a red cross, leave it on your order...until your order is packed, you never know what will end up in it :rotfl:Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I dont have a local rep hence why I order online (along with 3 other colleagues to save on postage!).

Wow I havent been on here for a while, just took me an hour to catch up on posts!
Campaign 11 seemed rubbish for me, was going okay then the day before my order was due to be submitted I was in a car accident! (was more concerned about picking up avon books than going to hospital but OH made me go haha!) so didnt have a car to go and pick up books from anyone-and was in agony! so had to text people but didnt get many replies. Order came today and £110 worth of products temp out of stock and £6 sold out!
I also need some help from any sales leaders, the sales leader statement is confusing me. Im presuming account balance means what they have to pay? So what is award sales and net sales? on one of my team award sales is less than account balance but then someone else has more award sales? this is the first time I actually have any people to show on a sales leader statement lol as you may have guessed haha!0 -

Shelle, posted earlier about people being 'Personal Avon reps' i.e. free delivery/returns, no minimum order value once you're off and running - just needs a bit of help from your SL to get started and some 'lateral thinking' on your part. Wow, hope you're OK LS. Often tell my customers that 'life can sometimes get in the way' but not often as drastically as that!
As for your SL statement, am only guessing as haven't bothered to analysise mine....
Award sales = cumulative total of invoiced sales and commission earned
Account balance = what's been invoiced but probably not taking account of any credits/returns
Nett sales = will be after taking account of any credits/returns.
Could be wrong, if so, sure someone else will be along shortly to put us both right. :cool:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
