yes it does, any HT orders and books purchased all count towards MOV and HOV.0 -
I want to start a new thread when I get a minute, but would like to make the first few posts about FAQs - I will still add the party links, the 101 uses of Skin So Soft original dry oil spray, Elliebee and Lozza's helpful hints, and the important bits about Avon but is there anything that people would specifically like?
Ie the question about buying products from HT - if this counts towards MoV and HoV. If you can list them or PM me, I can try to compile a list. These are all relevant questions asked again and again, and it would make it easier for people to find them in the first few posts.0 -
I'll email you my updated hints if you send me your email address hon xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Got 4 more books back today. 1 had an order too, taking my sales up to about £41. Delivered more brochures, pick them up on Friday, hopefully get some more orders
Does the purchase of stationary and next campaign catalogues count towards MOV?

Yep absolutely everything you buy counts towards mov/hov though obviously you don't get a discount of Ht products or brochures. The only thing that doesn't count is the admin fee.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Thanks !!!!!!
Thats my interpration of an SL in the NWM/MLM angle for Avon would be
Questions is then if an SL can recruit/train/motivate in theory anywhere how would they know where they can put new recruits.
Would they come under a specific ASM
Does anyone know of an ASM in Oxfordshire???
Does anyone know how could I get hold of an ASM in Oxfordshire???

If a rep is signed under a SL, then they go to the SL for help in the first instance. The asm for that area is in charge of the reps territory.
We don't know where territory is free, unless asms tell us - but as I mentioned, a lot of people only want to sell to f&f, so it doesn't matter, and for most areas there is usually some territory free within walking distance particularly in built up areas.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

SLs would advertise/recruit anywhere they are happy to have a Rep, they would not need to know where to put new recruits. Anyone in the whole country could sign upto be a Rep, as long as the SL could easily get to them to sign them up, support them, etc, this is fine. If you mean how would an SL know how to allocate territory, they would use SMA which is a territory mapping tool. They could only use this on the initial sign up to allocate territory. After this they would have to go through the Rep's ASM to get territory allocated.
All Reps would come under specific ASMs even though their SL may not be from their area and would have a different ASM.
To get hold of an ASM in Oxfordshire, near to where you live, you need to sign up at Avon, use this link
An ASM will contact you - the nearest one to you in Oxfordshire. They can take upto 2 weeks to contact you.
