Tired_Mummy ooo I wish I had your ASM!
I used to do Avon in Oxford then moved to Bicester and have recently restarted - to my horror with the same ASM. I gave up the first time cos I had loads of hassles, some of which could have been solved with a decent manager. My SL was helpful but ended up quitting as she was getting no support from ASM. I've been lucky so far with my new territory apart from taking about 10 days to confirm my territory to my SL. Also is one of those ASMs that doesn't keep a close eye on their area so can have at least a couple of reps trying to canvass the same streets!
We do get newsletters tho so thats something I guess! When I gave up before I tried for weeks to let ASM know before contacting Avon directly, but it was about 6 months later when I got an email asking why I hadn't placed an order that month0 -
Anyone had a return not show, i added 6 items as a return but when i saved it one item does not appear on the returns list, then when i try and add it i cant because it thinks ive already added it
All the others have gone through and the item is £7.50 and that's what's owing on the account now.
E-mail Avon through Contact Us on Website and explain what happened to them. They should be able to overrride it, so the credit will show on your account.0 -
Hi all, had such a busy week as my mum got married on Saturday!
Realy pleased as I have gained three new customers this campaign, from some of my current customers passing on the book. They all live in my area and on roads I enquired about but I have been told there are no free areas, so a rep who is not thoroughly canvassing has just lost some potential customers!! Also have two new customers from my territory, placed their first orders this time round.
Needed them as customers are holding out for 16/17. My best spenders are on the back ordering, 15.
Might try some advertising & calling the local care homes as there are lots round here, maybe the staff would be interested. Just done a new business page on Facebook if anyone wants to join - AVON Romford.
I have joined a couple that were posted on here but 99% of the time I'm on my iPhone & struggle to find the old posts with all your links!!C10 - £150.49 C11 - £215.77 C12 - £299.27 C13 - £446.49  C14 - £323.95
C17 - £610.78 :j:j C18 £367.400 -
Could I just quickly ask about Facebbok. Would you have a facebook page separate from your personal page?0
-
I do, and I set up a new FB id for it too, otherwise the posts I made on my business page linked to my profile page.0

Occaisionally even though things show as out of stock they do turn up. Wait until you get you delivery so you know for definite what hasn't come - apologise to your customers, say it was so popular and being out of the clearance there just wasn't enough. Whether you give them something free depends on you - I don't usually, just tend to give them some samples as I don't give samples out that much so they have at least gotten something to make up for it/Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

why don't you email them and tell them? Tell them you would like to swap for anew rejuvenate and see what they say, they can only say no,if you don't ask, you don't get.0
