yes, the 3 items you have received may well be your OOS items from your last invoice, there should be a note on your delivery invoice, check it again, to say they have included the previous items that were previously OOS.

Sorry, I don't think I explained myself very well. :) The item that was OOS from my last order were the flip-flops. They arrived and have been accounted for. The other two items that are OOS are from my current order, one of which won't be back in stock again.

I think I read on a customer notice form that sometimes replacements were sent out for items that were OOS, so I wondered if that was what happened, but there doesn't seem to be any link between the OOS items and the myserious ones to suggest that they would be suitable replacemets.

The items I am left with are a bottle of Herve Leger perfume, a bottle of kids two-in-one shampoo and a Revitalist beauty gift pack from HT. All of which were in the order I placed, they just appear to have sent me 2 of them when I only ordered 1.

Thanks so much for that. Being still very new to this I was just concerned that I'd missed something. :)

    Hi Everyone,

I want to get one EDP spray to carry with me for demo-ing to customers and prospective representatives.. I don't wear perfume usually and only have Absynthe myself.. I want a bottle (not samples) so they can see the product and have a quick spray. Which would you suggest?
    • Herve Leger
    • Bond Girl 007
    • Bond Girl 007 Forever
    • Spotlight
    • Fergie
So.... one for all age groups and anyone I meet!

    Thankyou :)

if they have sent an alternative, then its stated on your invoice that x item has been sent as an alternative to x.

Sounds like you've just had some random extras in your delivery...happens sometimes...up to you if you want to be honest and return them...but how are avon going to know that they came in your delivery ;)

Hmmm, that's a tough one because I really like all of the scents you've listed.

Herve Leger I think is a good one for any age. That being said though, my Mum (who is in her late 50s) really loves the Fergie scent.

I'd go with the Fergie personally as I think my current HT is promoting it quite heavily at the moment, and it seems to be very popular. :)

    Hello!

In the box with the stamp there should have been a little flat rubber piece and if you push the top of the stamper down the stamping end comes down and has a piece of double sided tape on it. You just peel the film off the tape and stick the rubber piece to it.. And voila!

    Hope that makes sense.
