For the OP who asked about re-credits, not sure if your question got answered.
If you have not returned an item within 36 days for a re-credit and they have re-charged you, you cannot re-credit it again.
What you need to do is print off the returns form or fill in your Returns Book with the information from "My Account" Order Tracking, Returns Form.
Place the avon copy with the returns and however you are returning, ie box or envelope. Put your barcode on the front of whatever you are using to return, get the courier to sign your copy and take your return away.
When Avon receive it back, they will re-credit your account with the credit.0 -
Hi Ladies!
I'm confused. Again.
My latest order just arrived and I've just gone through checking everything off and I appear to have three items that I can't account for. (One of which is the new Herve Leger perfume, minus the gift set.)
I've gone through all my customer orders, the inventory list that arrived with the delivery as well as the print out I took when I first placed the order, and the spares don't appear anywhere.
I did however receive one item that was previously out of stock, and was advised of two that were OOS, one of which would not be restocked in the future. Could this have anything to do with it?
Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this.FIRST CAMPAIGN - C14: £178.73 :jC15: £316.65:j0 -

Just a thought, surely those who campaigns run later than others are more likely to try an order stuff that out of stock?Mum to one gorgeous little boy and one gorgeous little girl.

I re-canvassed part of my territory today. Haven't been back to this road for quite some time following heavy canvassing when I was first allocated. Have included my slips with tick boxes so will be very pleased if I manage to grab another house on here. Finished putting books out to my regulars - have split my round in two so I can manage it easier when DD is at pre-school. Haven't had much time for avon recently, too much other work and distractions. Will need to ensure I recanvass everywhere before Christmas!
Kynnie - the packing is automated and occasionally you will receive items you didn't order (and vice versa - grr!). Suggest you check your invoice thoroughly - they may be nice little freebies sent to you in error. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Yes and its all got to do with which part of the country you are in too. I think my orders go in quite early but I rarely give out back order clearance leaflets with back order brochures. Usually try to jiggle it so they get the current clearance with the back brochure - especially this time of year when stock situations get a bit hairy! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

yes, the 3 items you have received may well be your OOS items from your last invoice, there should be a note on your delivery invoice, check it again, to say they have included the previous items that were previously OOS.0 -

Thanks for the reply! I've checked and triple checked the invoice, put little ticks next to everything on there (even the samples!) and had two other people check over it and the items simply aren't there. All customer orders are now packed up and the mysterious trio are sitting quite happily on their own with no where to go.
I checked for the freebies that you mentioned, but the only things on there were the usual books, literature and the assorted mixed samples I was awarded (all of which have been ticked off).
Hmm.
What's the protocol for this? Should I contact them and arrange to return them? Or are they safe to keep? I don't appear to even have been charged for them.FIRST CAMPAIGN - C14: £178.73 :jC15: £316.65:j0 -

do you have a record of the 3 things that were OOS last time you ordered them?
are they these? check your last invoice. If they are not, what may have happened, is when the box was being packed by the robotic arm, it may have accidentally slipped in 3 items out of someone else's order.
Entirely upto you if you want to return them with a note and give them to the courier on your next delivery.0
