  • If I want to return a Herve leger money maker would I need to return the tester vial? I only sold 2 out of 3 but I gave out the testers to customers to get them to try it and see if they liked it.

Argh...! I may need help... I signed up a week ago, got my account details today and was supposed to be meeting SL to put my first order in tomorrow (as well as actually find out what I should be doing as nothing was explained) but now I've registered online its telling me my order is due by 10pm tonight...
Hah! Shall I just do it? dont want to be late with first campaign and I have quite a few orders - think I've hit HOV
What do you think? is it easy enough without being shown? I think I can do it but not sure if I should wait for SL seeing as they arranged it for tomorrow

it's fine - your order is only being submitted a day late so it will still be processed as being "on time" - I've had 2 new ladies who have joined part way through a campaign, both wanted to order this time, so I have said they can have an extra day to order with it being their first time - don't want them doing it every time - but just means you have a bit longer.

Don't worry - your SL is doing it fine, they're just helping by giving you an extra day :)

Delivery date question. On the website they have a list of dates when to submit your orders by and the delivery dates. My question is are these delivery dates if you submit your order on the last day of that campaign or does everyone get their stock delivered that day regardless of when you ordered?

Its always ordered on the day stated, regardless of how early you put your order through.

  • Hello,

Am just doing my order on line and once again am getting confused over the amounts needed to qualify for discount. Would someone be kind enough to clarify for me please?
    Camp 15 orders = 116.34
    Camp 14 orders = 8.97
    No discount = 19.20

The total is showing as 125.31, total of brochure buys.
I thought that the no discount items counted towards HOV, or have I got it wrong again?!!!
If not, I may spend another 20.00 to get the higher discount, but that means I have to work out more figures to see if it's worth it.
    Crikey!!!

    Thank you - Ness

Thanks, one more Q, on the delivery/ order dates part of the website it states "To prevent delays to your order, your online payment (or your cheque/giro payment) plus your completed order must be received by 10pm on the day shown below." I thought you had 13 days after receiving the goods to pay? Its very confusing.
  • ooh eck - trying to put input my orders and it wont accept HT items? What am I doing wrong??

    Yep sorted thanks

Just got back from the third drop in a road i was assigned. Bloomin annoyed. A nice couple came to the door and said that the whole road has been covered for years and they place orders regularly with the woman.

I thought it was odd I had only picked up one customer from the area. - My ASM allocated the road specifically. All I can think is the woman doing it now is doing it unofficially. Any clue as to what to do about this?

I have emailed ASM to ask her to find out for sure what is going as I simply cannot afford to waste time.
  • Hello all

On my second campaign and it is going well - last campaign over £400 and this one is nearly on its way there too!!!

I have been asked by a new customer is Avon still do the Everlasting Sable lipstick. I have had a look and cannot see it. Can anyone help me with this? If they don't do it any more can anyone make any suggestions for something similar?

    Thanks.

    Hi Ness

You need £148 to earn the HOV discount of 25%.
Your c14, c15 and your no discount items looks like it comes to £144.51, which means you are not far off. You are right in thinking that everything you order counts towards your MOV/HOV order (brochures/ Hello Tomorrow products etc...), EXCEPT for if you are a Sales Leader, then it doesn't count towards it.

    Hope this helps.
    xx
  • Any reps in Scotland, Alness are, IV17?

Worth asking before I consult Avon connect site.

  • I've emailed a representative about selling Avon. Waiting for her to email me back.

I'm looking for work at the moment and think selling Avon could give me something to focus on and enjoy as well as making money instead of sitting doing nothing every day.

I am worried about canvassing in a busy city area though, surely people will just steal catalogues and deliveries if they are left outside?

Is it okay to agree to meet customers when they are in to collect orders and deliver products only?

I'm also looking for honest opinions, after all the hassle of preparing books, making orders, trying to contact customers, get books back, deliver products - is it worth it?

Also, if you agree to sell Avon products, is there a target you must reach and can you stop selling when you want to?

Thanks in advance you guys! :)
