Loving reading all the tips on here!
Well 3 days after signing up I'm off to collect some order forms today from f&f who have already completed their forms -pleeeease let this good start be the sign of good things to follow
I have also set up a facebook group so its just a case of spreading the word now. I cant go too mad at the moment as I have a 9 month baby and am 23 weeks pregnant so the proper canvassing will kick off after baby no. 2 is born and we're back in action but this is a great start!
ANnoyingly havent had my account details through yet and I'm sooo impatient. SL tells me I'll have the account number by next week and I'll be putting my first order in next thursday. 10 days to get my MOV. Fingers crossed for me0 -

Do customer returns affect the smart start scheme? I had a lady from campaign 11 want to return a product which cost her £20, I had reached £151 on my 5th and £227 on my 6th but I have just looked at my invoice and its saying I only achieved level 1? I think it should have been level 2.I have emailed them and hopefully they have made a mistake cause Il be a bit miffed if they have taken the return into account. I cant help when someone wants to return something they didnt like.
I sold 2 herve leger money makers but still have one, how long do I have to return it. im going to be canvassing new roads with book 15 and its still in 16 so not sure if I should send it back yet.0 -

I think returns do count towards Sales, I think they do for PC Club too.
On your next invoice, you will see when they bill you for the Herve Leger Money Makers, if you don't return with this invoice, they will charge you for it. But as you are canvassing C15, you may find someone buys it. You can return next campaign, and they will recredit the recharge to you.0 -
Oh, thats a bit rubbish. If I'd known that I would have delayed sending it back so I would have still reached level 2. I know its only a vanity case but I still achieved it and it wasnt easy for campaign 14.

no, don't put as separate orders as you will get charged! that is what happened to me when I first started out, I didn't know about backordering and wasn't told!
When you submit your C15 order, on the order page, if you look at the word 15 in the box, there is a little drop down arrow next to it, click on this, and it will show you the number 14. Select that, and then key in your order number for 14.
You will need to do this for each 14 order, but this way your whole order is on one campaign, you will get discount on both orders as long as you have hit MoV and one delivery and no £2.50 charge!
Thanks Aureol, I was a bit worried about how to get it sorted! Will give this a go tonight. I'm up to £400 sales on this campaign with still a week to go! I'm enjoying every minute of being an Avon Lady!

Well I've just checked my invoice online. I'm due to receive my lotus sheild incentive along with a service anniversary gift although no clue of what it is but also at the bottom it says I'm to receive at no extra cost an Antler Jacquard accessories travel set. Anyone know what this is for?

The lotus shield incentive, someone has listed contents here. Think it includes anew products. Dependent on how much you put in for Lotus Shield, ie £15 gets 15 points, etc, etc.0 -
