Chardonnay wrote: »Well, I finally have an order from my territory! Yay! :j It was emailed to me though, with no address, so I emailed back to ask for the address. Should I ask her to leave her book outside so I can go and get it, or should I just fill in an order form for her? Is it OK to fill in order forms for other people? I've filled in two for F&F so obviously they don't have their signatures on them. Any advice greatly appreciated!
Yes - I have had 2 orders not on order forms from my customers (one on a plain piece of paper, one on the back of a Virgin Media envelope!), I just wrote out an order form for them and stapled the piece of paper to their copy of the order form which I gave them with their order.
I'd just print off the email if you can and do the same thing?0 -
Well after getting another order in today, I've exceeded last campaigns sales again - only by a few pence, but still! Still keeping my fingers crossed for Christmas orders!! Everybody seems very excited about the Christmas book!
Had a call from the Avon sales lot last night ref the new bond girl 007 moneymaker. Haven't done the money maker, but was persuaded to buy a demo bottle to get a watch & bottle of perfume for £8.40. I'm a sucker for a bargain.
(I'll demo it during my deliveries, and then send it back. I didn't say that of course.)
Migraine has ebbed away now to give me a plain old headache and a stiff neck. Think its my desk / chair at work which is the culprit, but as I'm sitting there now I just want to chop my own head off!!0 -
me again with another FB question.
I've set up another FB account under my name but how do you change the name so it reads Avon in Wonderland or Avon is Fab instead of your actual name? Can anyone help?
thanks0 -
Rubbish C14 with only about £190 sales even with second territory. Order came late yday as had a new driver and with the building work going on at home I didnt get out with orders until 4pm. Came home at 8 pm(with a little shopping in between). About 24 small orders to deliver. Only one person out and lots were waiting for me so Im glad I didnt let them down! Prepped all my books to put out tomorrow and collect Tues and next Sat. Rewrote my calling book scrubbing off the ones who havent bought since I started. Got an extra customer yesterday who saw my neighbour looking through my book in the doctors. She scrounged the book off of her and phoned me within the hour!(In the middle of my delivering)Id like some more like that so I may drop the odd expired brochure into the docs and "forget" it.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

Got a box together of my freebies and overbuys/offers etc for my cousin to take around her friends with a price list. May recoup a few quid from that! 10 handcreams for starters! Not looking to profit on it-just to get rid of it. I may get a few new coustomers in the process. Wondering if the bathrobes arrive in the next order and how many I will receive? I am counting on getting 7. 5 for me and 2 customers. Nice Xmas pressies.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

will have a look at all yours tomorrow
Hi Kayels, I have "liked" you on Fb but cannot see how to add you. I am an Avon Rep in Cheltenham. I was wondering if you would give me a few pointers(your pages look fab by the way) how did you get your pic up with the Avon logo ? and what sort of things do you put on your pages ? Also how do I do the link to forthcoming brochures ? Thanks so much in anticipation of your advice0 -
Cant seem top find some of yourt Avon pages on fb
Bit of a downer today, picked up 2 orders - £30 combined, another one wants to order but is keeping the book a few more days. Got 5 to put out this weekend but thats it. Cant see I'll even make MOV at this rate and its my first campaign so thats a bit of a bummer. Got a friend coming over tomorrow who is the least likely person ever to buy from Avon but I'm going to try
9 days to get my orders just hasnt been long enough... Hey ho always next campaign!
Silly question but do HT orders count? I want quite a few demo items and come clearance stuff to put aside for free gifts etc but not sure it counts toward my MOV? Obviously wouldnt get discount on it but would be a bummer to not hit MOV0 -
chasingsunshine, don't let it get you down. I made nothing at all, no sales on my first campaign, my second only £35 in sales. People are probably checking if you are going to come back. A lot of people get a rep dropping books and never coming back for them.
Yes, if you but HT stuff, although you will not earn any discount on them, they do count towards total sales, ie MoV and HoV.0
