To all those with FB pages. Can you tell me what you do with regard your customers on back order seeing that they are not on the current brochure? I have been thinking about putting all active customers who have ordered from me onto the current brochure and just using the previous one for all my other territory. Ideas?

If you look at mine - you'll notice I tend to keep it as "this product is launched in brochure x" - I make no mention of which is the current brochure so that our customers who are on back order don't realise

Thanks lozza, do you not put an ebrochure up then?

Although I have posted the link to the current brochure, I put it as brand new rather than using current so that if any one did notice I would just say this ones not available yet in your area as its hot off the press.

But it is a good point, I might be tempted to put the previous brochure on fb & then the customer on the current brochure are special customers a book ahead of everyone else if they ask....

Nope - I just put reviews of new / existing products I've tried, some pics, and every few months I have a clear out of my stash (bits I've gotten free from creative ordering) and list them on there to see if I can sell them. I also post links to the videos from avons youtube page - I don't always catch the adverts on tv, so I know my customers might not either, that way they might actually get to see them lol - and means it gives my group a bit more content without much work!

thats a good idea, I might try that when I've built up a few more people who like the page.

Hi everyone, I forgot to order the free dressing gowns so had to put an additional order in for them, I thought I had read somewhere on here that they are oos, does anyone know and roughly how long an additional order will take to come. Thanks for your help
