I don't recall seeing that. Is the target set by the upliner? Do you have to claim the incentives?0

no and no.
It should have been cellophane wrapped separate leaflet from the big book.
No the targets are set by Avon, and they will automatically award the incentives when you achieve them.0 -
How can I get hold of one of those then? I've looked through all the literature and can't see it.
I'm really confused now. I suppose it is a bit of a learning curve, but there is an awful lot to remember.0 -

speak to whoever signed you up, they should come back with it and what you need to achieve in each campaign.0 -
I will do that Aureol. There's nothing here.
Thanks Aureol for all your help. Avon should be paying you for all the advice and help you supply.
Actually there's a thought... Why don't you suggest you be an online "paid' consultant'? You know the job inside out and through no fault of your own your territory is pants.
An online consultancy could be operated separately from that god awfully confusing 'connects' thing and where reps could feel confident in asking questions directly.
I think you're worth at least £50K a year to them for that:T0 -

The great thing about this thread is if you don't know, someone comes along who does or knows where to find the answer.0 -
