Do these really work? I've seen a few people mentioning a form on the front where people can say if they want to keep getting a book, but I figured most people would just ignore it, particularly the people who don't want a book. I could really do with finding out who definitely isn't interested, cos at the moment I am back and forth every couple of days to get all round my area on 40 books.
I always put a slip in and have found a fair few people do fill them in. Although on my last pickup from new territory I was in a rush and forgot to check each one as I went. Ended up with 6 ticks for No thanks and not a clue which houses they were fromI have altered my slip this time asking people to write their address in the box instead of putting a tick (can't remember whos fab idea that was on this thread but thank you so much, it's a great tip) and have added an apology stating that I had a mixup with brochures and could they fill in the form again if they don't want any more brochures. Worst case senario is I annoy them and they throw away the brochures but at least that way I will still know not to deliver to them again

Bloomin Avon!!! I emailed them a few days ago asking if they could give me a breakdown of all of the items they have received from me for credits as I sent a bulk load last campaign with the courier and have only been credited a small proportion of the money I was expecting. Some of the items had been previously credited but then recharged to my account as I had forgotten to send them back the previous campaign. Avon sent a reply to my email basically telling me to keep my invoices!!! How does that answer my question????
So, I am coming on here to ask the font(s) of all knowledgewhich I should have done in the first place. Do I need to do another credit request for the items I was recharged for? I did have a look into doing that but all of the items I had previously asked for credit for were greyed out so I couldn't ask again. Really confused and just want my money
Please help.

Well as I was expecting my new heating installed today I put out my books on Thursday saying Id collect on Tuesday. Guess what? Heating has been delayed a week-hubby told me when I got in from dropping off my books! So now its a last minute rush. I'm so glad I worked hard during the week when I was waiting for my delivery! This was the difference between finishing my second territory and not finishing it. Unless Ive got a lot of books missing on Tuesday I will be fine. I can collect them Weds at a push but Im happier getting my order in 2 days early in case andything should go wrong. Not doing great at all this time-worse than C13 I think. Still got a few on hols and those who were away didnt look through the book so didnt have orders. Those who do order more seem to be well stocked for a while I guess. So my plan is to collect the books for c14 on Tues, place order tues or Weds then pop out c15 brochures maybe Friday to collect following Tuesday. Not sure yet-need to rewrite my calling book! I can feel a spreadsheet coming on!
Tried to order 7 handcreams for the bathrobe offer but it will only accept 5. This is wrong as Id previously ordered 7 eyeliners and 7 handwash. So if that wont change I lose 2 bathrobes=2 disappointed customers! Anyone else getting this?
I'm going to pop in a slip also for c15 asking if they want future books-only need to do this on a few houses as Ive "eliminated" quite a lot. Its the new road I need to ask. I will hopefully save me time and money in C16 when I should be back to work and wont have the time for unecessary journeys.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -
If you look at your invoices, on one of the last pages there will be a list of items you've returned, with a date that they'll recharge you on. Hopefully from that you can work out which return package it was, then just email Avon saying items returned with barcodenumber xxxx were sent back on x date so please recredit you. They should do it then, you won't need to re apply for credit.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

You can't apply to re credit items through the website, as you have already requested a credit for them.
As Lozza says you need to contact them with the barcode where you returned the items with the courier.
Do you have your return paperwork, that the courier signed? Scan it, email it to them and tell them, all the items should have been credited and recredited to your account as they have all been returned. They should then do this for you.0 -
Thats my first order sent, grand total of £207, im quite please with myself. So straight on to the next campaign, got the books out today with special offer of spend £10 get a free gift, hoping that it should attract a few more customers.
For the pamper night next month we have agrred that I shall provide free sample on the night and put out my books and order forms, means I dont have to go to too much expense ordering stuff when not sure what people will buy. Should be good for network and letting people know that I am a Avon rep. Just wait for my cards from Vistaprint to arrive.
Hi,
How have you arranged the pamper night?

Hi vhuthart
on the first page, there is a post with links to previous Avon parties. Have a read as some very useful ideas there too.0 -
Ok Johanne - info about the bonuses (thought it might be useful to others so posted it on here)
If you get 2 new reps in a campaign - you get £10, up to a max of £30 - so if on 3 different campaigns you get 2 new reps (ordering at least £78) then you'll get £10 each time.
If you achieve full SL within 3 campaigns (ie get 5 reps ordering, and group sales are ok) then you'll get £50.
If you manage to maintain SL status then for 3 consecutive campaigns then you'll get £100...don't think theres a time limit on this one, so even if it took you ages to initially qualify, if you then manage to stay with at least 5 reps ordering for 3 camps you'll get £100 - which is a lot better than the bonuses they were doing when I became a SL!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
yep Lozza, sounds much better bonuses than when I became a SL.
Ok, anyone noticed C16 brochure, page 143, says
NEW room and linen spray, but the picture is of a body spray and that is new! And it says in french vapourising body spray on the bottle!
Aha, just noticed they have done same to the strawberry and guava, room and linen spray. It says room and linen spray on bottle but has body written across it!
Do Avon do proof reading from home, as I would love to do it... any jobs going?0 -
Hey
Is there any way you can tell what has been credited to your account? Ive just looked on my account balance and it says merchandise adjustment for £1.20, but i can think of anything i have asked for credit for for that amount! Also just looked at my last invoice for the lotus sheild credit and it is still totally wrong, they originally credited me for all 10, but the credit price was £10, then i said i only want to return 3, and they have added the extra 3 onto the 10! so im apparently returning 13 for a credit of only £13!!! Im quite worried i wont get my reward for them now, i have emailed and asked about this but that was days ago and still no reply!0
