Can see I have a recharge for just under £100 of items I returned on 9th august -how long does it usually take to process returns? Have emailed them cos I dont want to have to pay on goods I have returned.
Just had a call from one of my best customers. Went like 'you forgot to collect my brochure on monday' 'no, I have your order let me check' ' you cant - I have it drying on my radiator' 'oops - so sorry, having a mad moment!'. How on earth can I have missed her when I've been collecting it from her every 3 weeks for over 4 years!! The good news is that I have another order to collect today from a new customer that my ASM should have been to see. Hopefully I will be able to bump it over MOV so as not to make too much of a loss.
Just have to claim temporary insanity. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Just email them the barcode number of your return and the date it was returned, they will check their records and recredit you.0 -

not sure why it happens, but it does sometimes. They do get the item from the courier, but maybe it is late being registered? Or they have a lot of returns and it gets missed?0 -
Long shot. Does anyone have the summer Lip Balm with Vitamin E, was in Brochure 11 code 08243.
Hiya - think I've got two of these in my incentives box. I'd like to keep one in case we have a holiday this year, but can send you the other one if that helps? I'll have a look later just to make sure I've not already given them away as free gifts.0 -
Have just noticed that I only need a £2.97 order and my sales for this campaign will be my best yet.
Only got one more customer book to pick up tho....... but I tried to deliver to this lady on Tuesday and she didn't have any money. So I'm going back tonight.
Fingers crossed that guilt encourages her to order something!!!0 -

Collected catalogues in driving drizzle today here in Kent.
Rainy Day Tip
I use a retro-style floral printed 'trolley' to deliver & collect catalogues. Similar to this:
http://www.barnitts.co.uk/products/details/5346.html
When it's wet & most of the catalogues are damp if not dripping, I line the inside of the trolley with newspaper so that it absorbs a lot of the drips. Particularly important as I use the new catalogues, (& therefore need to keep them in reasonable condition) in the next campaign for the customers that:
- tend to forget to give catalogues back
- tend to leave books out for several days in advance, in puddles
- smoke"Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -

good idea! I have a trolley but put damp bags or books in a separate carrier bag, never thought about lining the trolley. :T0 -
