Well I have made a big boo boo!:o I got my order today with my new books and I have accidentely ordered campaign 15 again. Do you think Avon will take the books back and swap them for campaign 16 that I meant to order?

Hope one of you will be able to advise as I now have 50 extra books that I do not need...:eek:

they are pretty good about exchanging books, call them tomorrow and explain what has happened.

If you have problems with the call centre, then just email Avon through the website.

Thanks - was a bit worried that I had blown quite a bit of my profit with such a silly mistake. Will try to be more careful in future!

My new asm is great, she'sdoing a prospecting thing on Sunday having a stall at a local indoor carboot. Figured I'd go along - it's out of my comfort zone as never done it before, closest was going with old asm knocking on a couple of doors but she did all the talking and that's been it. Quite looking forward to it - just hopefully get me new reps, and at the least it means I can find out some more about the asm and any sl that go along. Plus if she ends up with any people out of our area (she can't sign them) hopefully shell pass them on to us

Hey hope everyones doing ok.

Just a quick question, i emailed avon a bit ago asking how much i would be credited for sending back some of the lotus sheilds from the money maker as it was showing i would be credited 30p!! They then decided to just credit my account with £30 assuming i was sending them all back!! I emailed them telling them i didnt want to send all back and to take the credit off until i decide how many i will return. That was about a week ago now and the credit is still showing. Will this affect anything when i do apply for the credit??

(Also just looked on my invoice and noticed ive somehow ordered 9 arabian glow bronzing pearls!!! Only wanted one!!!!)

I think the best thing to do is when you do decide how many you are returning, email them when you give them to the courier and say this is exactly how many you are returning, could they apply credit for these only.

And apply for credit for the 8 bronzing pearls you didn't want!
