Johanne is a Rep with a huge territory, who works fulltime on Avon and does a wonderful job of getting really high sales, despite having some rude customers, she works really, really hard at it.

Some of us are SLs and some are Reps. Some of us have a lot of territory, I don't, and I don't put my sales figures on as they are rubbish!

Some manage to sell at work, friends, family, etc.

Some it is a second job, so they have a fulltime job and do Avon too, some of us part time second job, and some of us full time.

Hi,
I just went to collect the last three books today and I’m sooo confused! I knocked on the door of one of my customers houses and asked for the book and she went and got some money. I explained that I was there for the book and she said I was meant to be delivering her an order today and that I put a card in yesterday saying so. I asked to see the card and she looked and it and then put it down saying that’s not the one. So I am assuming that was the card I put through yesterday saying I would be back to collect the book. I asked her if she had the book and she said no. When I went to pick her book up last week she said she hadn’t had one so I gave her a book apologised and said I would collect it the next week. So I know that I gave her a book last Monday and I know I have not collected one since. I asked her if she wanted to order again and told her that my order is due in tomorrow and she said she would leave it. She was sure she had ordered and her daughter agreed that she had!:think:

Sounds like another rep has collected her order? And tried to deliver?

That's what I thought, it's the first time anything like this has happend. I hope she has just got confused and not left the book out!

hi guys i had a customer today ask me what the difference was between the anew emulsion or just the night cream.

I explained that both are night creams but beyond that im not really sure what to say, any ideas?
