...I have ordered some perfect wear to try, wondering whether to try supershock gel eyeliners???? Anybody any similar experiences?

As with mascara, again have ordered Perfect wear to try. Liked Spectralash but it seemed to dry out really quickly. Again, anybody any similar experiences or successes?

Cheers for reading x

Hey claregre, as I mentioned earlier, I LOVE the Supershock Gel eyeliner. I find it goes on so smoothly and lasts all day, no running or smudging at all. Saying that, my sister tried it and found it made her eyes water alot but she is sensitive to alot of make-ups anyway. The black is VERY black though. I love the steel, gives a slightly lighter affect and is quite shiny. Would highly recommend them :D

As for Mascara, can't vouch for any of the Avon ones apart from the Supermagnify which is fab. The bristles on the brush are very small so I was dubious at first but it works so well. Especially for the lower lashes as you dont get alot of mascara on the wand to leave big clumps. Only thing I would say is you may want a clean larger bristled wand just to help separate the lashes after applying to the top lids if you have done more than one coat. HTH x

I have a little blue A5 sized hardbacked book. I list my live customers, note brochure number to deliver, tick when delivered. Tick when collected or having left note. Note where orders to be delivered and amounts due. I'd be lost without it!

Thanks have ordered a supershock in plumful from clearance to try!
Along with the powder and perfect wear stuff.
SOMETHING has to work!

Well we all have our moments, don't we? Here's mine. A customer rang me last weekend to say I'd dropped a book into her mum's house. Her mum wasn't interested, but she was so could I pick the order up and do the delivery to her house (apparently just round the corner). Yes no probs says me. Wrote the address down on a piece of paper and assured her of my great service.

Went out last Wednesday to pick the book up. Forgot said piece of paper. Ah well, thinks me, I'm sure it was number 23. Well. First I couldn't find the street. Then I found the street (after going back for my satnav!!) and number 23 and a chap who lives on his own answered. No not me who's ordered, he says. Oops sorry, says me.

By this time it was 8:30 and I didn't want to be calling at random houses that late. So I went home and thought I hope she calls again because I can't find her number in my phone.

She has just called me. I apologised profusely and have said I'll pick it up later. She said "well I hope so - its a £50 order you know!".

Blimey, this one must be due a "sorry" gift or two, eh?? !!!!!
• Claregre thanks for the advice - the recording idea is a gem and am going to start doing that straight away. Also about having the two lists - prospects and customers. Am going to start doing that too, and get myself more organised than writing on post-it's etc. Thanks again!

Not had my email yet but todays offers are on the website if anybody wants a peek:

All £3.50:

Inflatable Kick Boxing Pillar
Mesmerize EDT 100ml
Anew Clinical Beauty Bonus (Clinical Eye Lift, Trial Size Thermafirm Face Lifting Cream, Trial Size Derma-Full Facial Filling Cream and Skin So Soft Satin Glow Airbrush Spray in Fair)
Tomorrow for Him EDT Spray 75ml
Pretty Everyday Vest Size 10/12

The vest is nearer a size 10 than a 12 and its quite short (I've already got one!!). Have ordered a clinical set also - if anybody has ordered the HT set you might want to delete and reorder this one as its cheaper ...

Thanks for this claregre. I had initially scanned these on the web and dismissed them as not wanting to buy but now having read your post, I am going to get the Anew Clinical Beauty Bonus as I hadn't spotted it came with the spray tan and I have a customer order for one of those at £2.50 anyway, so the rest of the set plus the shower gels for £1

Does anyone find they sell much of the Anew stuff?

Not really, sold a couple of eye lifts and a few other bits but nothing really. It seems to sell better when there is a bonus bag with spend incentive. Sold some make up this time from C13 tho on 2 for £15.

I might offer the eye lifts to customers at £7 - think I'll shift one at least.

Just a reminder note to anybody on C14 with customers ordering bathrobes. Don't forget to put them on your C14 order!

My customer who has been doing the loyalty scheme forgot to put hers on her order and so I nearly forgot to order mine!!
