If we put our area in our profil eveyone can see it-unless we are frightened to do so of course-for whatever reason. This wouldn't be breaking any rules.

Thanks, some of us have actually done that but I thought it was a good idea to put that aspect in one place so it was easier to refer back to if needs be rather than get lost in amongst all our chatty posts. Personally, I think it's great to see a visual of how we're all spread throughout the country but, obviously, each to their own....

Hi Clare,
I use a bit of eyeliner each day, but i always use a v small amount of face powder to 'set' it. Apply powder on skin before applying eyeliner and just a dusting over the top afterwards. Might sound strange but it stops the smudging. Maybe give it a try.

I read far too much stuff and my head is exploding! and I want to do Open University course!

I am looking to get in touch with customer services about my account not being correctly credited with returns and thought it would be on the website but I cant find it anywhere and I'm at work.

to email them, you need to log into your account, go to the bottom, where it says contact us, and choose an option, then continue until you see contact us, complete the email box and send it to them.

You know one thing that I would like, if anyone from Avon ever reads this and can influence suggestions or take them forward.

When keying orders, if you could put in the customer name and what they are ordering for your reference only.

I know people will say tick each order as you key it, or some other way of recording so you know which ones are done, but I would like to look online to see what I have ordered for each person. I know I could do an excel spreadsheet but the visual I want is when I have put my orders online.

Have just gone through my orders to see which ones I have keyed, and as some customers are ordering the same items, am getting confused.

Thanks for this :T - is that loose powder then? Or pressed? Or doesn't it matter?

Not used powder for ages as been using either nothing or cream-2-powder (avon of course), so that is very interesting and may explain a thing or two ...
