:hello: Lita
If you return the £30 worth of products ordered by the customer, your account will be credited by the "your cost" amount, so even if she ordered £30, your credit might only be £26, this is just an example. The problem is to get discount on £78, you aren't going to make much for yourself, if £30 was this customer, some was your ASM's, and the rest was yours.
Can I ask, did you manage to put your books out a few times before you had to submit your order?
HiUnfortunately I only got them out once because the week after signing up I went on holiday so had to put them out on the monday morning, collect them on the wednesday morning to get the order in by wednesday night so it was a bit of a rush! I've lost a lot of catalogues now - am working with 6 at the moment :rotfl:

Hello ladies, I hope you can help me. Ages ago I remember Avon had a perfume in their brochure which had a sample of it on the page. It smelt like their own version of Clinique happy (so a light, fresh, citrusy scent). I'm broke at the moment as we are putting money by for our wedding in September but would like a new perfume for my wedding day. I thought this would be ideal as from memory it wasn't very expensive but I've no idea what it was called. If anyone knows please can you tell me?2013: Interflora Vouchers, Christmas Decorations, NNUK goody bag, thermos flask, macwet gloves0

That was naughty of your ASM. She should have put you into the next campaign or waited until you came back from your holiday so you would have a full 3 weeks - a normal campaign to canvass your territory.
She should have give you your second set of books now. And then with the orginal 6, you should be able to canvass your territory about 3 times, if you get most of your books back.0 -

Ooops, serves me right for looking at this forum when I am supposed to be working, was supposed to put 48p for 5 but was obviously not concentrating yesterday. I order 50 brochures and in my next order will be taking your previous advice about ordering your brochures in advance. There are so many tips I have picked up from here that my ASM has never told me about.
Hi CB, You're not alone.... lots of us have picked up loads of tips from these threads - long may they continue! :T
You sure you need 50 books? Sounds a lot to me. Depends on how much time you have, of course, but working on the principle that you can get your books out at least twice (three times at a push) each campaign and if you split your customer base: half on current campaign and half on back campaign, then you only need at most a quarter the amount of books compared to your customers.
Each to their own though; realise some don't have much time so do all their customers in one drop but, even so, splitting them between campaigns should still help cut down the cost of books.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Can you get some more books from your upliner? They should give you some tips too on how NOT to lose so many books.
Good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Fingers crossed dizzybella - hope you get some referrals from it. If you don't, do be disheartened. You can keep trying as people might talk to friends and family, and get them to have a look another time.0 -

Sorry, not sure what Clinique happy smells like but wonder if you mean Spotlight? That's been my favourite Avon 'smelly' so far but it's only an EdT so lasts about 5 mins! :rotfl:
I've just received my MM re. Herve Leger; purse sprays are a good idea but I was really looking forward to this as it's an EdP and I thought it smelled nice from HT but now I have it am not so sure. Still prefer Spotlight.
Congrats on your forthcoming wedding.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
