If you don't mind going into detail, could you please tell me how you done it?
I'll try do this delicately... I have a mixer tap with a shower hose on my bath, so I removed the shower head and used that.
Went to the loo first, and then lay in the empty bath, used water, and let it come out. Waited until everything out, then repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat etc etc.
What was interesting was that the water would run out completely clear, and then a minute or two later, I'd do it again, with quite a lot of water pressure, and then more would come out, so I know that it was doing what it should do.
This may be TMI so highlight if you want to read it: It dislodged a lot of stuff over the hour and half that I took to do this. I had to take breaks between putting water up to relax and let things come out, and sometimes it felt as though I had a runny tummy, but it definitely worked as some of what I had for dinner about 3 hours before was still undigested... However, everything washed down the plug so there was no real clean up, except I had a shower afterwards and scrubbed the bath with disinfectant. Slept like a baby.
I've always been horrified by the thought of colonics, since I heard about them, which was when princess Diana was having them. I could never imagine letting some stranger put pipes up my behind, so never thought I would have one. But last night, just thought I'd try myself:p
Any other questions, do ask, but I have to go out soon.
I am interested in knowing if I could be doing any damage to myself though. I feel really good today, so am sure I'm not, but some expert may know any risks I took?0 -
Forgot to say, had a couple glasses of wine, and good music to sing along to. Makes the whole thing a bit more pleasant:beer:0

Did you read the TMI bit on my post that you had to highlight? Substitute the word 'stuff' for your word above. :rotfl:
So yes, but it all went down the plug hole with no problems. Really got to go now - will look in tomorrow0 -
Talking of DIY....does anyone remember seeing the coffee enemas the "inmates" did on themselves in the TV prog "Spa of Embarrassing Illnesses". Seem to remember it involved a jug of strong coffee, piece of tubing and a funnel, performed in close proximity to the toilet!
......as you might expect, there's plenty on the subject on youtube if you are sufficiently selective and can bear to look!!!0 -

I wasn't really sure what you meant by 'highlight'...

So I wnet out to dinner with my sister tonight (real treat, it doesn't happen often!) and brought up the subject of colonic's over desert

I asked her how she felt about them and she said she really wants one so we're going to save up and go for the 'package' (3 for £150.00) so I'll be starting a 'get rid of the extra poop' fund
