Good morning all!
Pleased to report NSD # 7 ! :j Spent nowt yesterday so Im delighted that my total is increasing. Today should be another - having lunch with my chum today, it's a belated birthday lunch for me so looking forward to that.
Not a lot else to report today, other than to say : cw18, I'm exhausted reading your posts - fancy bottling some of your energy? You'd be a millionaire!:rotfl:Well done you for all the swimming and running!:T

Today's going to be a tough one...... I've got the 'close and clean' shift at work (holiday cover), and often get tempted by Whoopsies on this one  Think part of the problem may be that I do a 7.5 shift when I pick up an evening shift, and only get a 15 minute break so I get hungry by the time final reductions are done
I've already put a snack bar into my bag for taking (along with my sports bottle of water), so I'm hoping that may help curb temptation!!
I could leave my cash and cards at home, but almost feel naked without themOnly took the 20p for the locker token when I went swimming last night (calf muscles ached when I went to bed last night, but legs feel fine this morning so I'm glad I went), and it was awful walking home without anything -- even though the shops were closed before I even left home to go!!!
Just need to keep reminding myself that tomorrow is allowed to be a spend day (D/Debit due to go out of bank), so I can't afford to lose today if I want to hit target this weekCheryl0
