Till at least September 2011 cos they are happy enough with our school = they haven't got enough inspectors or enough time to fit us in this week.

sat was a complete wash out, we had takeout and booze, lots and lots of booze, because we had to have our 16yr old dog PTS, she was starting to suffer, and it would have been cruel to keep her just for our sakes, its hurts like hell espesh coz we have had her since she was only 6 weeks old :(:(:(:(

So sorry to hear about your dog webitha, big hugs xxx

webitha, i'm so sorry for your loss (((hugs)))

My dog is 11 and i can;t bear to think of losing her, but i know that one day it will happen. I have taken pets to the vets to be put to sleep before, especially when my parents were too distressed to take their dog. It hurts so much, non et lovers just don;t 'get it' about how our pets become like family members.

On a lighter note...i spent money today argh....so no NSD for me :-(

Had a couple of D/Debits go out of my bank today (as expected), so I checked if we needed any groceries before going to work this morning.

At that point everything looked reasonable, but by the time I got home to make a sandwich in my lunch-break DS had also been at the loaf - and there wasn't a great deal left.

So as I left work I picked up a loaf of bread, and - as it was a spend day anyway ;) - I then went and checked the Whoopsies.

Too early for anything exciting from the bakery, don't need anything from fishmongers' section, nothing worth having/that I'd use in butchers' sections, so last stop was the general chilled.

Picked up a large tub of cheese & onion sandwich filler ([strike]£1.95[/strike] 39p), a pack each of sliced beef ([strike]£1.99[/strike] 45p) and turkey ([strike]£1.49[/strike] 35p) for sandwiches, and a large tub of raspberry organic bio-live yoghurt ([strike]£1.59[/strike] 39p)

    Total spend of £2.33 - including £1.58 on Whoopsies worth £7.02 :T

Also spent £5.98 on two new pieces of underwear from B-&-M, and paid the £20 annual membership fee for the local running club.

I reckon my next D/Deb is Thursday, so here's to getting 2 more NSDs before then :D

ETA: And I called into the local garage on the way home. Car is booked in for service and MOT on 28th, which should be the day the last D/Debit of the month goes out of my bank account ;)
