Declaring NSD 3 today.
Melting in the heat today. Dehydrated at work and had to have first aid (milk and chocolate biscuits Mmmmmmm) as I felt like I was drunk and couldn't stand up properly . Had been drinking plenty, had a full lunch and was only in the playground for 30 minutes this morning so don't know how it happened. Might have been the 30 degree C temperature! Luckily we are all first aid trained and we also have an NHS First Responder working with us!
Hope everybody else had a good day.:)
Have a karate grading tomorrow so I hope it's a bit cooler.........Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

Hi all NSD'ers :hello:
Hugs to BigMumma & Webitha and all poorly peeps. hope you're feeling better soon :grouphug: and your step dad Honey xx
Mainyasha Wow that's fantastic.....another aim for me good to know it can be done
And more thanks to Spoon for the updates and keeping us all focussed :kisses3:
Good luck for everyone with interviewsI sent off a couple of application forms today too
Managed to get number 7 today :j am well chuffed, this taking no money or cards is really great
Chap on the night shift tonight came in with a couple of pouches of duty free baccy for me tonight, I will have to pay for them tomorrow but it still works out at half price so that's good. I have scuttled around at home and found loose change to make up the amount and transferred £10 to the account with the debit card I use for shopping so I will just take that one with me so I can't get any more out and spend it. I would never have thought of that before getting involved in this the last couple of months so thanks again all
The day I'm meeting my friend is Tuesday not Monday like I thought so that may be a spend day as I will be in town and really need some socks but will get everything organised for that day.
See you all tomorrow xxx
Sleep well :hello:

Hi all, just checking in. No new NSD's to report. I've had a lot of LSD's with car parking fees etc, my step-dad is very poorly in hospital but he is recovering, we're going to see him again tomorrow. It's been a rubbish week but lets hope things are on the up now, I've got a day at home today to catch up with stuff and to chill out a bit.
Not sure when I'll be able to make my next NSD, hopefully Monday.
Have a great weekend all,
honey x
Hi honey
((((hugs)))) you're having a rough time at the moment. Hope your step dad picks up and things improve for you generally.
Hope you enjoyed your day at home and got some stuff sorted.

Hello NSDers
Announcement - I can't help it but I gotta share this with all NSDERs:D:D
I'm pleased to report that all the summer clothes I tried on when I was on the shopping spree madness in May before becoming DFW now seem a size smaller than they did when I tried them in the M&$ fitting rooms!!
Believe me, this cropped pair of jeans is so loose around my thighs, waist and behind - literary falling off me... I just can't get over that to be honest:p:p.
Today I had to use my chiffon scarf as a belt because I made a mistake of not wearing a belt when i put this pair of jeans on. I did notice with my usual clothes last week but thought i was imagining things.
Well thanks to the NSD challenge, no crisps, chocolate, biscuits, fizzy drinks, ice creams, pounds are now falling off me and accumulating in my bank account instead.
I plan to buy a new pair of trainers and bras but I can proudly say that can wait until August or September:)
Serious planning going on here;);)
Well done all and thanks Spoon for the work you are putting into this thread.
That's brilliant, Mainyasha, what a fantastic side effect of NSDs.

Nargleblast wrote: »It's OK, Tixy, like you I am only on 2 NSDs compared with the rest of the mob on here, but we'll get there!Just one more to add from me at the moment Spoon taking me only up to 2 so far (out of 9days in the month - this is just embarrasing:o). Its so bad that its made me forget how to spell. EMBARRASSING.
Hey you two, there is nothing wrong with being on 2 NSDs, it's much better than being on zero.
Lots of us start off well and then fade... more of us start of slowly and put a spurt on at the end. You'll get there:D:D:D:DThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
