    Hello NSDers

30 degrees indoors where I am right now, aint it great? I'm sitting here drinking tap water, knowing the temperature today, I left a half full bottle of tap water in the freezer last night, got it out today, topped it with water, and sometimes hi juice and that ice cold water/juice is what kept me going on this warm lovely day..

Today is number 8 please spoon.

Announcement - I can't help it but I gotta share this with all NSDERs:D:D
I'm pleased to report that all the summer clothes I tried on when I was on the shopping spree madness in May before becoming DFW now seem a size smaller than they did when I tried them in the M&$ fitting rooms!!

Believe me, this cropped pair of jeans is so loose around my thighs, waist and behind - literary falling off me... I just can't get over that to be honest:p:p.

Today I had to use my chiffon scarf as a belt because I made a mistake of not wearing a belt when i put this pair of jeans on. I did notice with my usual clothes last week but thought i was imagining things.

Well thanks to the NSD challenge, no crisps, chocolate, biscuits, fizzy drinks, ice creams, pounds are now falling off me and accumulating in my bank account instead.

I plan to buy a new pair of trainers and bras but I can proudly say that can wait until August or September:)

    Serious planning going on here;);)

Well done all and thanks Spoon for the work you are putting into this thread.
