I personally quite fancy squatting in Bucks House - but will need to escape from OH for a while in order to attend, and after I 'bunked off' for a run last Sunday I'm not quite sure how well that request will be received ;)

An addition to my last post :

Had an email - and text message - from the gym I was looking at joining with a special offer code (short dated and limited number available). Reduced the annual fee by an additional £30 (to the same amount as OH paid for his discounted 'over 55' membership), but clearly states renewal is 1st July 2011 rather than in one calendar year. Did a quick pro rata calculation, and this brought the monthly equivalent down by another 26.5p compared to the offer I was given in the gym this morning - so I'm now a paid up member ;)

Using the 3 most local branches for classes around working hours I'm really not sure when I'm going to have time to do any running unknown.gif
Or if I fit classes around running, then I've no time for work :o
I can (just about) manage to leave time for seeing OH away from exercise sessions though rolleyes2.gif
(I don't work weekends apart from the odd stint of holiday cover, the running club sessions at the weekend are a tad too advanced for me yet, and there aren't that many classes at a weekend that I can't do during the week)

So, Bdini's chavbash in her back passage (complete with fairy lights, hot dog van and oodles of cider) will be sometime early August maybe? Keep us posted, Bdini, I need at least 2 days notice to hunt for the trowel in my garden shed to put my orange foundation on with.

How about Friday 7th or Saturday 8th Nargle? Does that give you enough time to find your trowel??? :rotfl::rotfl:
If it suits everyone else i'll clear a space to park the tardis!!!!

    Number 14 today :j
Busy day at work & busy night at home with more destruction in the kitchen followed by baking a birthday cake for work tomorrow... coconut & strawberry, yum!! :D

NSD no 20 today - yay :j finally made my target. The only thing is I may have hit my target but all my spend days have been horrendously high! I think August will be another high spending month but 20 NSDs is better than 31 spending days! I may even try to have another couple of NSDs before the month is up.

Glad to see everybody doing so well by hitting and exceeding their targets.

Spoon, thanks again for keeping this thread alive and rounding us all up every evening. You are a star! :A

Woooooooooo today was an NSD... Didn't even expect it but it was... that makes 5, I did it I did it I got my target and STILL 3 days to spare. That was easy! Will be setting a bit higher target next month.
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

    Evening NSD'ers

    :hello:

Well I decided to go to Market Harborough so did buy petrol, was pleased with myself though :) Got the petrol from the cheapest place near and didn't get any extras in the shop :) Would have got tobacco of had gone to Morrisons but they didn't have any large packets. Looked at dog treats but they were silly expensive so they can wait till tomorrow, he had some sardines on top of his dried food instead :rotfl:. Considered dropping into shop on way back and even pulled up outside  but had to think do I NEED anything? which I didn't lol so drove home instead :D.

Have decided to do the rest of everything tomorrow as the briefing thingy is in town so can do the market for fruit and stuff before I go in so will get shop done in the afternoon then needn't spend on Friday or Saturday if all goes to plan :)

August will start with a spendy day though as I have to go to London but I do get my fare reimbursed so if I plan and take sarnies it wouldn't have to count..we shall see :rotfl:

Well done all and I hope you are all having a good evening

    See you tomorrow

    :hello:

    PS gatecrashing Buck House sounds good to me :) They are quite used to having the Tardis parked there I believe ;

Loads to catch up on, so not much time for a natter tonight.

Picked up an NSD yesterday, a total of 13 so have to find two more to reach Johnny...here's hoping!! I have written my cheque for the physio tonight, (seeing her tomorrow after work), as today was a spendy day...waaaay over my GC target now :(...but much better than it would have been before I started developing my love of NSDs.

Just had a natter with DH, 'bout work 'n' stuff ....could well be having to pull the strings MUCH tighter soon...his company is downsizing the UK branch...to my DH and an Admin woman! His going to ask for a pay rise as he will be doing pretty well most of the work (computer software tools company). He is lucky he still has a job...but doubt it will last much more than a few months (aaaargh!!) He has worked out he will get roughly enough money to allow us to cope for 4-6 months...so he has his eyes on the lookout for other job options, here's hoping he can find something suitable. He started work with this company nearly 15 years ago...when the last company he was with went bust......so back to familiar times..only this time the boys are much bigger, eating and costing us so much more.
:o With one at Uni and one starting college in September...could prove to be interesting :(:(

Right, have to get to bed, work tomorrow morning.

    Night Night

Making my way though the posts. If someone's already mentioned this..sorry, I'm haven't read it yet!

If we go to Buck House we can take our puddy cats. I've heard that cats like to go to London to look at the Queen :o Although on this occasion she won't be there and is happily sailing around Scotland in her 'little boat'.

Didn't think about that. It would make a change from Hubert and Heffalump pooing all over the place. I'm sure the kitties would like a little outing:D

Errrrrrr, maybe not. Haven't counted up yet to see how many spend days I need. Can I start with a target of 1 and then get as many pressies as possible?..............No didn't think I could.
No... I don't have enough pressies for that (neither is the DFW thread big enough for that - we'd be thrown out:rotfl:)
:) The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time :)
