:j:dance:NSD no 8!!
That is my second target meet, oh yes the iligitimate son of a rolling stone is now mine!!!!
Hi Trinny and Hannah, I thought I was the only newbe with a small target that was struggling, so glad as when I first posted my target I though it was way too small compared to everyone elses...
Spoon not sure how many more I'm going toget so will just have to see.
Did someone mention the C word? I had to plan that in Jan... at this moment in time I'm looking at next summer, I'm trying to forecast the weather, this is something not even the met office will do, love my job but sometimes it can feel quite pointless... On the plus side I do have a 2 hour meeting to talk about crimbo decs in the morning... so not quite finished with you know what just yet!

Wow, it's great to see this thread!
I haven't done the NSD challenge since sometime last year! Decided recently that I need to save money, and also eat more healthy. So I'm starting again for August.
Unfortunately August 1 is the date of a Latin Festival in South London so the first day of August won't be a NSD for me... but I'm going to aim for 15 NSDs in August! Can't wait !!!! (Wow, are we really that far through this year already?)
Hi, welcome back to NSD world - although I have to warn you, it can get slightly surreal on here occasionally (well, most of the time actually:D).
We'll sign you up for August once the thread is up and running. In the meantime, feel free to join in with the nonsense and chat on here, we're planning a virtual outing at the weekend, you're very welcome to join in:)The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

boultdj: great shopping going on there:T, I really need a market rather than paying a fortune for manky f&v from Tatco:(
If you went to the pub in that T-shirt, you’d be evicted, either that or the pub would empty in 2 seconds flat

I’m still on no 21, had to get a few bits today and grocery shop looms in front of me tomorrow, so will be Friday before I make my target, but I’m still happy with my 21.

Nargleblast wrote: »So, Bdini's chavbash in her back passage (complete with fairy lights, hot dog van and oodles of cider) will be sometime early August maybe? Keep us posted, Bdini, I need at least 2 days notice to hunt for the trowel in my garden shed to put my orange foundation on with.
So, t' NSD virtual outing committeeeee is all gathered to decide on where we're all going this weekend. Options are:
Edinburgh, the castle, the shops, the night life, not to mention all the hairy-arrised men in skirts.....
Paddling off from Brighton beach with Lilo Lil (aka Big Mumma)
Squatting party in Buck House while the family are on their hols - bring your own pu$$y
Which one? Or maybe we can do all 3 if the Tardis has passed its MOT?butdoineedit? wrote: »How about Friday 7th or Saturday 8th Nargle? Does that give you enough time to find your trowel??? :rotfl::rotfl:
If it suits everyone else i'll clear a space to park the tardis!!!!
Hi everyone
We've got 3 options for this weekend - see above. Couple of you (Kathy and Cheryl) have said you quite fancy visiting Buck House complete with little kitties, so that's definitely an option.
Alternatively, as the Tardis is fully repaired and MOT'd we could start at Buck House and then go where the fancy takes us:D:D:D:D
After all, last time we started at Wombledon and ended up doing wheelies over the Grand Canyon:rotfl:
Any thoughts?
BDINI, Saturday 8th for the invasion of your back passage (sorry, couldn't resist it:rotfl:) would be great, that should give everyone time to dig out some orange foundation and trackies:D. Is that OK with you?The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Georgie that was d*mn funny! 10/10 for originality on the rolling stone lovechild thing! :T :rotfl:
And anyway Spoon can't I have one, on the grounds the original NSD level I had set myself was 1, so that makes my target of 5 then a revised target? If Georgie can have a stoner-of-no-certain-lineage I want one too! :rotfl: :money:
Hey I have just had a thought, I am gonna get cheeky and go for a Chicken too. Put me in for a Chicken, I've already spent something today (eBay is a terrible thing) and Friday's probably impossible but Saturday has real potential. :A
Gods I feel like a child with a star chart! :EasterBun
This trip at the weekend, Bucks house y'say, well I'm briging me Collie. I think it'll do Our Liz good to be introduced to real dogs, eveyone else knows Corgi's are naff. See the thing with Collies was the Welsh KNEW they couldn't get away with flogging that kinda tatt to those of us who scrutinise everything for value and so we of the more-sense-than-money variety got all the good stock. Poor Liz, the Welsh saw her comming eh! ...
Mind you she got revenge- Charles- 'nuff said! :rotfl:
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Thats perfect, i'll blow up some airbeds for anyone who doesn't fancy napping in the tardis, service the quad bikes so we can whizz round the pavments scaring the life out of children & old people, & have a word with the chav's to be on their best behaviour!!!!!
Please note - there will be NO quad bikes in my back passage!!!!February NSD challenge 5/150 -
Good morning all
I'm declaring NSD # 17! Revised target met, so delighted! Just when I thought money was a bit tight this week what with vet bills etc, yesterday was a very surprising day!
First, I got £150 for the broken chains, odd earrings I sent to the gold people, then DH got a £50 bonus at work! I discovered that I can claim on pet ins for the special food for puss( thanks Katenut!) and Im doing a mystery shop today which will get me a cheeky tenner, so a big thank you to the money angels!:A:A:A
I am going to treat myself to something new to wear for my sis's silver wedding dinner next week. Thankfully, there's a few sales on, so I wont be spending a fortune needless to say! Anyway, that will be next week.
I'm not planning to spend much at all today, but I'm not revising my target at this stage, if I get another NSD it will be a bonus.
Today I have pick up a prescription. hand a sample into the vet( the cat's, not mine!) go to library, plus I've got the Rington's man coming this afternoon. Nargleblast, I'm looking forward to a decent cuppa!;)
Have a lovely day everyone:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Yesterday was a NSD woohoo! So that takes me up to 50
