Well, today is NSD no 10, only two more to go and hope to pick them both up over the weekend. I will think about revising my target then spoon if I may.
Been busy today, made four loaves of bread...they look lovely, and the house smells wonderfull! Also made 41/2 dozen cinnamon & sultana buns...DS2 has already had a few (I may have sampled one or two too). I also made a BIG batch of muesli with the last of the jumbo oats and the various dried fruits, seeds and nuts I had in my cupboard. That will keep DH happy.
Going to do a full cupboard tidy/clean-up/stock-take once I have finished here. Plan on finding a home for all of DS1's food-stuff that needs to be used over the holidays...we will get him new bits and pieces when he goes back to Uni in October. At the moment it is cluttering up the kitchen so much I can hardly move!!
Must get the beetroot into the oven to cook while the oven is cooling down...may make some hob-nobs and brownies later.
Also sorted a two-week menu plan so all I'll need to buy food-wise until August should be milk, eggs and some fruit. Just as well as I only have £7.76 left in the July GC:eek:!! The veg boxes and the garden will take care of the veg situation for the rest of the month.
Been listening to the cricket today, fascinating stuff, shame it isn't on terrestial, as it is Australia vs Pakistan. This is the one reason I would have Sky...though DS2 would find rugby to watch all day!
Have a great day everyone...spending day tomorrow...returning a pair of trainers to Cotton Traders, may get money back if I don't see a nice fleece...so if I keep within the cost of the trainers...then perhaps I could make it an NSD...getting excited about this...how sad am I!!...mind you the trainers don't come under the GC challenge....so maybe a spending day after all!
Oh just remembered, DH is going to get dog food from L**l tomorrow...stopped him doing it today (got to make today an NSD!). That is included in the GC challenge...so have to admit defeat about tomorrow...mind you, I have had three NSDs in a row so far this week..so good going methinks.
That's the rain on again, but I don't care, no washing on the line and too busy indoors :rotfl:!

Off work today, well until six when I've got a three hour shift in my second job, have enough petrol in case I have to drive so I won't be tempted to get any c**p from a shop and will leave purse etc at home anyway
Should be doing lots of things but am having a lazy day and catching up on here but I will wash up from breakfast before I go out......I will I will I say!!! There I've told you lot I will now so I'll have to
So much to catch up on in here :

And fantastic news on the jeans front Moneypenny, soze 16 feels like an unnatainable dream to me, mind you so did NSD's a while ago so maybe there is hope for me yet :rotfl:
:grouphug: Slowlyfading :grouphug: I have felt like that but it was only in June after a lot of trying and giving up that I actually managed to get anywhere with not spending. Don't beat yourself up hun xx You can do it
Thank you for my dancing kitty Spoon she is luffley :smileyhea:smileyhea (Mind you does it seem wrong that I prefer a kitty over the thought of Jonny Depp?.......................hmmmm just me then :rotfl:)
I actually did some adding up this morning as I have been putting down what I have spent in the diary I keep a note of my NSDs in and am actually amazed at how little I have spent on rubbishand how much it was before  it's amazing how much I have saved!! (and shocking how much I used to waste _pale_) So thanks everyone.
I hadn't thought of adding up what woopsies cost before to see how much I save on a shop, brilliant idea I might do that.
Will pop in later to declare, don't want to tempt fate
See you all later
