Have a look at Eagerlearner's thread for doing the daily clicks - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2132075

I've been 'clicking' since 1st March and I've already got (checks sig) £115.61 in my bank account from doing this. Takes a little time and patience to start with but after about three months the money does start to dribble in. I try to do them every day and the thread gives you advice on new clicks added, best sites to use/who to avoid.

Or you've got the 'Make £10 a day thread' (don't know why but I couldn't post link). 3dogs is extremely good at this through her Eb4y exploits (I hate Eb4y!) but there are other tips on how to make money online without too much effort.

As mentioned yesterday today was definitely a spendy day for me. Food, shoes for all three children :( and various bits and pieces. But did sort out DHs ISA so we can now put money into it to pay for holiday next year (we're going to DisneyLand:T:T:T).

Got some of the stuff I need for mother&toddler group. We're having a pirate & princess party on Monday as it's the last one before summer, still got to get something for them to take home but will get money back so fingers crossed it will be an NSD tomorrow.

Although.....kids want their proper 'Sunday dinner' tomorrow so may have to get a chicken. May get DH to get that........

Got corrected tax credits award this morning and the three amounts given to me this week are all present and correct so will be transferring that to savings as it's money I didn't expect to get and it will go towards holiday spending money (did I say I was going to Disneyland :T:T:T!)

Happy holidays to all those who are going away (I'm going to Disneyland next year :T:T:T). I like fudge too, the vanilla one please. We have a rock/fudge factory in Yarmouth......Nom Nom......it's great!

Sorry for long post, got a bit of verbal diarrhea today..........

:T:T:TThanks Lady from Venice, will have a look at this thread.

So when are you going to disneyland then?:D:D,:):)

Welcome back spoon, it's NSD 16 today..

I'm happy to declare that i have achieved my NSD aim of 13 NSD's for July. So pleased, will try for some more too. I am finding that i am able to get more NSD's when i give myself an achievable NSD goal, so i think next time I will go for just 1 more taking it to an August NSD aim for 14 days.

    thank you Spoon.
Went for dress fitting today and got a bottle of wine on the way back... Bad lapse.
Gonna have difficulty the next couple of weeks.
Two weekends coming up with major spend but have budgeted for them from separate stash :)

Next week is High Voltage festival with ZZ top, Heaven and Hell and Scorpion amongst others. Any metalheads here? The next weekend is Sonisphere. Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper, Rammstein, headlining :)

Not a great fan but my claim to fame is that my French teacher at high school was Mr Dickinson, Bruce Dickinson's uncle. Not sure if he's still in Iron Maiden but I think that's pretty cool . Also, my friend's DH was in a band with Justin Hawkins before he formed The Darknessmusic-smiley-011.gif, oh, and my sister went to school with Mylene Klass and I used to go to dancing school with Hannah Spearitt and her sister.

Oh and a real biggy.............my current boss was best friends with Louie Spence (Pineapple Dance Studio) and lived a couple of doors away from him when she was a child. Apparently he hasn't changed at all.

Not very rock and roll...........but I like it! music-smiley-005.gif

Now, after all that name dropping........NSD 9 today thanks Spoon.

Welcome back spoon, it's NSD 16 today..

    Halloween 2011 :T:T

It's our first family holiday (ever), honeymoon (15 years late), 15th Anniversary holiday, DH's 40th birthday, and every other special occasion we can think of rolled into one. Only made possible by DH starting his own business. Don't have to pay for it till next year :) so money is all in an ISA and all we have to do now is save up the spending money :T

    I'm sooooo excited.mickey-263.gifmickey_with_guitar-324.gif

Moneypenny, grab that job with both hands! Guernsey is fabulous, and there is always Jersey, Alderney, Herm and Sark to nip over to. My grandmother's family moved to Guernsey when she was 12 (1920s) and her father was manager of the Channel Islands hotel (now the Savoy). Later they moved to Sark and ran the Dixcart hotel - my great grandma is buried in Sark graveyard. You can also hop over to France if the fancy takes you! I assume you are getting help with accommodation? At least give it a go, then even if it doesn't work out you can at least say you spent time in the beautiful Channel Islands.

Rentawitch, some good music there on the menu with ZZ Top and Scorpions! they don't make them like that any more.

Well, best laid plans of mice and Nargles oft gang awry etc. Was intending to have a NSD today but had to go out to top up mobile phone and put motion lotion in the vee-hi-cule, bah humbug! Still, I may get one or two this week.

    Hi all

I've been mega busy, last week I had my two little b*ggers and my neice to look after and I couldn't keep up with the postings. DS2 has a habit of waking the whole house at 5:30am:eek:

rentawitch I will see you a sonisphere, I'll be the short goth with FM shoes to make me up to the height of my friends!

I am declaring NSD 4 for today and I am turning over a new leaf... I have downloaded a new app Spendometer which will take care of my weekly budget and let me know when I have had an NSD. I am also getting organised, so far most of my NSDs have been sundays, today no different, so I need to get my a*se in gear!

Weekly bus ticket and pack ups here I come, this should mean a much better total! And I'm going to post every day... kick me if I don't!

Oh before I go, Moneypenny did you buy the iPad? I want one... so badly but I'm making my kids save up for a DS so I have to save up for mine or they will tell me off!:p

Night all - hugs to any that need it.

....We have a rock/fudge factory in Yarmouth....
I've been there! And one on the Isle of Wight--fascinating to watch isn't it :) --& was v. surprised The Offspring were so interested, more so by the glass factories & galleries we saw too. When we've been away [99.9% on those nature-smiley-008.gifdeals about every 3rd year :o] I collect as many pamphlets from the front desk as possible, then we spend the first free time sorting out where we would like to go. Each person chooses one place & we work route the best route to fit everyone in. I think we've only had one bad experience & that was at the Swannery near Weymouth-- entry fee & the birds were all inside for 'stock-taking' so we wouldn't have seen anything anyway!
And Thanks for the links for clicks ;)
....I've been offered the job in Guernsey [:T] and now don't know if I should take it or not....
Congratulations on the offer, & I guess the only person who can decide the outcome is--unfortunately--you :o I find making a Pro & Con list helps me; I keep it close & jot down various thoughts in whichever column, then peruse after X time. To start you off, a Pro is the Tax concession you've already lusted after :D & a Con is the sheer enormity of resettling.
If you fancy using us as a sounding board, I'm sure nobody would mind...

....Is the job one you really want? If so, then perhaps it is worth taking a chance on moving there, you never know, you may love island life!....Good starting point MP--perhaps you need a list for the job & another for moving :o

    Oh I have missed you....
Feelings very mutual m'dear *wipes tear & offers a ((HUG))* Was going to say--don't bother emptying your case, cuz we're off on the jollies with the french invaders..that's us invading them *insert suitcase carrying typical uk tourist smilie here, cuz I can't find one!* Shame you couldn't get across to Orkney, but glad you managed to have a good time.

Well, no chance I'm spending anything now, so I'll declare No11 now & only miss the intro for Top Gear
