Morning all - just mamaged to prise the laptop from the DS's for a short while:o

Goan - am loving the century in style challenge:D

Sharon - I too am having a tidying up day, mainly as I'm stuck at home while the car is in the garage - so general tidying up and de-cluttering. Though I did get a call at 9.30 to say the car is ready, I don't fancy walking the 3 mile with DS's in tow:o so I will collect in the morning.

Hence outfit -
Joggers and vest tops - sadly a lot of my vest tops are starting to look a bit worse for wear and due to weight loss some are quite mishapen, am pleased to report I have lost 8" from my waist since Christmas:j

Lola, that's an amazing achievement!!

Sharron - The fifties is a bit of a nightmare for me. I'm the wrong shape for fifties fashion, being skinny with big feet and wide hips. I detest pointy shoes with a passion, I look like a witch with those horrors on my trotters!

House is all scrubbed and sparkly now, cakes are made and just having a nosey on tinternet with a cup of tea.

£400ish for new radiator and brake fluid drain and replace - ouch!!!:o

I've just scrubbed the kitchen floor, cleaned out the fish and rabbit, hoovered through, polished the light in the kitchen!!!!!! and tidies out the loft - 1 charity bag full ready to be collected tomorrow off to clean the bathroom now - don't know whats come over me, OH just asked if I was pregnant:D ha ha

oops made a mistake its 7" I've lost from my waist not 8" - but still I'm very chuffed.

We've had 2 okaish days weather wise, and it's peeing down today!!

Visiting relatives today wearing same jeans as yesterday, and black blouse from m&s via car boot. Birkenstocks on me feet.

Arghhhh! The weather is awful! looks like my flamingo cape and rainhat may be getting some use at the Big Chill Festival if it's like this again tomorrow.

Hope everyone's okay. I'm currently doing my roots and getting ready for the weekend fun so am dressed in a vintage kimono and flip flops.

Morning all. Brum was good fun. I only bought myself two things - a giant polka dot jumper from H&M and a somewhat loud dress from the big vintage shop that I'm going to turn into a shirt. Got various birthday presents sorted out and also tracked down the elusive poodle print blazer for Char as she couldn't get it in her local store

I am bored of the rain now. I shouldn't have to wear tights in August, brrrr!!

Morning, how is everyone today?

I'm just getting ready to go on a little shopping trip. Meant to be helping my friend ppick out clothes that suit him however I think that I may also look for the 'perfect' little pair of jeans. My old 'perfect' jeans have finally given up the ghost .

Meant to be meeting him at 12.30 but ive still got washing to hang out and the LO to get up from his nap and feed - oops!

Anyway, my outfit today is:

Denim mini - Topshop via eBay
Grey vest top - New Look
Black batwing cardi - Miss Selfridge via eBay
Black tights
Black suede flats - New Look sale

Hair is done but im looking for foundation today so I have no make up on :eek:.

Anyways, off to do the washing I go!
