Evening,
Hope everyone's had good weekends. Can't believe it's 1st Aug - cold and wet in Glasgow. Tempted to book a last minute holiday in a couple of weeks time.
I know the feeling! I'm trying to plan my Sept hols but have a trip to London to organise first so am trawling through hotel websites. Why do none of the nice places do twin rooms?Normally I'd just share a double but that's not really an option this time. Begrudge having to pay upwards of £150 for something we'll just be sleeping in.

Something bl00dy awful happened to ds 1 who's 15 today, can't go into detail on here but i am fuming, my poor boy is very shaken up and i'm left wondering what sort of world they are growing up in. Sorry just had to get that off my chest.
How shallow am i tho- whilst son was giving a statement to the police i was thinking 'god i wish i wasn't in my pajamas with no make-up' Note to self- having a bath and putting on clean pajamas during the day is not a good idea, you never know what will occur. Of course i only had those thoughts after i knew ds was okay.

Oh no Sharon, I hope you and your DS are ok. ((hugs))
Its a horrible thing to say but each day I do wonder how to world became such a horrible place at times (or maybe its because I'm older and now realising it more IYKWIM?)Make £10 a day challenge (August) - £175/£3100 -
Oh Sharron, how horrible
Is he ok?

Yeah he is thanks girls, he's just a bit shocked, we all are really. He's a good boy, respects authority and is just a very normal teenager. Why him?? suppose i will never get the answer to that one. I suffer with 'clingy mum syndrome' . It's just got a whole lot worse
Poor boy ain't gettin out my sight now.
Alex loved your post on your blog!!

Sorry to hear about your son Sharron, glad he's OK though.
Mariel, lovely to see you back. Please stay around as it's the only way I can read your blog and I love It!0 -
Sharron I'm so sorry something has happened to your son. Thank god he is okay. A lot of awful people make you question the world we live in and can often overshadow the good. hugs.0

Ds's okay today, he's up and a'tem, on his ps so buisness as usual:)
My people tree order came, a tad dissappointed A) it came with dh (he's my postman) and b) there's only 4 items and c) not sure on the items, two t-shirts are lovely quality i don't like the trousers and the shirt dress is very non-descript. Anyone else had theres??
Wearing today black leggings (tesco) ditsy print tea dress (store 21) pink vest (primark) wedges from new look via car boot. Loopy earrings and bangles.
Don't know what i'll get up to today, weather's looking good so an outdoor activity me finks, and keeping my ds very close (he'll be pleased:))
