    Hi,

New thread - yay! Thanks for the updates on Daisy, its good to hear how she's getting on.

Lots of rain here today. Wearing a long black top/dress thing with peach frills on the neckline, jeans and ankle boots.

Going to see the new Woody Allen film tonight. It's getting rubbish reviews but Larry David's the star and I do love him.

    xx

Not much rain here as yet, but it's stilll looking fairly grey..
  • urg how close is it...sorry Char but I'm hoping for a good storm to clear the air, it's muggy and humid here in l'pool.

Had a fab time in the charity shop this morning, but as predicted was far too warm in what I wore, so I'm going to get a quick shower, pop out for some food shopping for the weekend and I'm off for an indian tonight, yummy yum YUM!
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*

I know, horrid and muggy here too the last couple of days! Which I don't like, as I'm a warm person anyway :S
Well I don't mind a little rain, I guess it may put some of the concert-goers off, so we could get a better picnic spot! Haha!
  • It's raining here, hopefully that should clear the air a bit :)

The indian was delish, I love okra yum yum yummy. I got changed and wore a nude coloured top with large polka dots and huge shoulder pads originally primark but I picked it up in the charity shop for £1.90 (it's a size 14 so too big on me being a 10 but I like the loose fit of it rather than it being very fitted), with dark blue wide legged jeans £1 carboot, and white mary janes £2.99 charity shop, with a couple of strings of pearls and cameo earrings. Glad to be home with my shoes off though, for some reason they really hurt my feet :(

Noooo it can't rain, stop thinking these wicked thoughts. We're going camping tomorrow and it needs to be glorious weather.
Only going an hour away but the site looks beautiful and nothing like home. Been trying to work out the best ferry crossing for going to France, the longer crossings are so expensive but so ,much less driving to do, I think we're leaning towards the budget crossing and a stopover half way for a night or two.

Just got home and now in bed with the rain outside my window whch seems oddly cooling. The gig was quite good, shed seven and the holloways, and had a nice picnic before it..although the rain did start..got quite cold by the end of it !

Also, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this..how much do you think you would be willing to pay for ironing?? To be picked up and dropped off to suit..
