    Evening ladies.

I'm currently sporting Winnie the Pooh pjs. I think ive got a bug and I feel horrid; all light headed and really bad acheness all over :(. Had to phone in sick to my 2nd job which is never good! Did make my usual job and wore black pin stripes and my new black tea with vintage lace design.

Quick question; my xmas night out is v.v. formal and ive spotted a lovely iced lilac dress I want, now what colour accessories (shawl, bag and shoes) would you pick? I'm thinking cream or silver. Would that be ok?

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!x

    Morning, lovelies!

Jon's injured his back overdoing the DIY on friday, we managed a night on the town but he's in no state to drive so no booting for me.

Not sure what to do with myself...sewing or maybe some eBay photographs as the weather's so nice.

    Today's outfit:
Vintage 70's ethnic print maxi (YMCA £3.99)
    Denim waistcoat
Huge leather waist belt (99p Age Concern)
turquoise leather chappals (Indian street market)
    Usual bangles and rings (India)
    Huge silver chandelier earrings (TopShop)

    Enjoy your day!
  • I think i spied queenie at this morning's carboot?!

Vix- poor Jon, hope he is better soon!!

Mia- hope you get better soon, i hate being ill, in a control freakish kind of way!!

Lovely weather here today, went to car boot this morning and turned up a lovely haul, amongst my favorites is a lovely ethnic-orangey monsoon shirt, great over leggings BUT i am envisaging it over my cossie for my holiday (holiday, what holiday?!!) all currently blowing nicely on the washing line. Currently making a roast:mad: i hate cooking sensible food:mad: cakes however are another matter...

Wearing black leggings, tea dress, fuchia vest and wedges. Hair is an absoloute show, 3 more sleeps untill the hairdresser. A week or so ago i asked for some help regarding my skin, well good old MSE, today my skin looks a million dollars, about 100% improvement on what it looked like 2 weeks ago:T

    Hi all!

Glad you're back to form sharron!

Currently scampering round in an last year's short sleeved Next print tunic dress and bare feet. Took off the leggings earlier as it was lovely and warm! This look is strictly for home only, but popping in and out of the garden trying to max up my Vit D stores from the sun while it's still shining ( and that means bare skin).

Have you heard the forecast for the rest of August??? :(:(...if they're right, it's definitely a case of making hay etc etc etc today I reckon.

Enjoy the rest of the day, girls.
  • Bronnie, me too, i've just ditched the leggings and vest (not to be seen in public tho) make hay and all that!!
