Frozen meat will be ok - you will need to increase the cooking time somewhat though.
I did a quick google on this (just to see what the internet had to say about it!), and came up with this:
Frozen meat can be cooked in a slow cooker, however, it is best to use the following guidelines: Add at least 1 cup of warm liquid to the stoneware before placing meat in the stoneware. Do not preheat the slow cooker. Cook recipes containing frozen meats for an additional 4 to 6 hours on Low, or an additional 2 hours on High.
I'm thinking that the extra time needed will depend on how hot your slow cooker is cooking - I know that the low setting on my slow cooker seems to match the medium setting on my sisters.
Says on the packet to fry for 10 minutes in oil then 2-3 hours in oven. Maybe I will eb having it for thursdays dinner and not wednesdays lolTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
