Morning all, hoping not to spend too much today, but I will need milk. Have a treat of some Steak for dinner tonight and I will cook this with onions and add dwarf beans and new potatoes from the garden. Need to bake some cakes though, as nothing in the tin and DH looks a bit sad. I haven't spent anything on food yet since I bust the annual GC buget, but I won't be able to keep this up for another 5.5 months.
    Have a good day everyone!

Well done SPENDAHOLIC on reducing your debt and by such a good amount as well. :T

Happy to say today is a NSD. :D

Having salmon that has been in freezer for a while tonight and as far as I can see they are the last three pieces in there. Am very tempted to get one on Friday as they half price but not sure if will have enough room :o Seems a waste not to get one when they on offer so probably ring mum and see if she has any room in her freezer. Decisions Decisions.......

What did my last post say ?
I MUST USE SOME OF WHAT I HAVE IN THE FREEZERS :rotfl:

Been to Mr. T for milk, veg & fruit. Picked up 3 punnet of raspberries as they were reduced to 69p and not the least bit 'gooey'!

Almost all the veg was reduced too, don't know what all well in date, but not complaining! :D The big bag of value carrots (1.5kg) was stickered down to 39p!

    Spendaholic - Down £1,500?? Big Congrats!! :T

Just work lunch today, I was good and had cheese on toast for dinner instead of going to the shop (am doing the big shop tomorrow evening before dinner anyway).

Just added another NSD to my tally today, which is always nice and that's in spite of trawling around the charity shops looking for bargains (I usually pop into the supermarket for some chocolate, but I didn't. :) ). That was really interesting reading about corned beef - I wonder what alternatives would work for a change? Hmm.
