Check out the thread about saving taxes by washing yoru own uniform. It says in there that they wear their uniform home etc.:A I love MSE!!! :A0

I meant they should no longer wear uniform to and form hospital - if they do then they are lowering the standards of that hospital who are responsible0

Hey stamford, maybe your flowers were delivered but the nurses chucked them away!:kisses:
She's a nurse at the same hospital ! and as I said they arrived via Interflora same day Saturday0 -

stamford wrote:Thats your informed opinion, their "representative" wouldn't help me and gave the same response to Asda Customer Services. I'm claiming £300 to cover my time, phone calls, hurt feelings etc exactly what I was awarded against Homebase for their refusal to sort out another small fifty quid matter - plus court fees
You call people on here mugs, suckers etc and then have the nerve to talk about YOUR hurt feelings!!
I think any "compensation" you receive you should put towards a course on "anger management"!0 -
I really acn't beleive what I have been reading here. I think you are being rediculous!!!
I mean I agree that you have received shocking customer service but get a grip. It is people overreacting like this that increase costs and crate problems for everyone else.
Give the company a chance and if you have the "Time" to file a comlaint online then I suggest your life priorities are serriously messed up.
I do find it strange that you are so worked up about your friend not recieiving the flowers yet you have the time to write unlimited responses on here.
I must admit I do not know who you are and therofer I do not make any peronal judgments. However do you really think your action is justified ?
While I fully undertand that these forums are a way of allowing FREE speech. I really think your ranatings about suing for £300 are not really what the forum is intended for (maybe other people's impression is different).
This forum is intended to share money saving ideas. I think you intention is to "make" as mushcmoney as possible. It certainly seems like you buy things hoping they go wrong, in order that you can get suing!
I will finish by saying, I am not stupid, netither do I accept bad customer service. However I do beleive there are two sides to every situation.
I am still in shock that people actually think this is that important ( However I feel strongly enough to register and post this). While I appreciate that you entered into a contract and made the order in good faith, and that it is an importnat time. I still think all things concidered this has been blown out of all proportions STAMFORD.0 -
Asda f***** up again! Further to other complaints about Asda Flowers on the website; we attempted to send a bouquet by courier because of the guarantee, to our elderly aunt on her 89th birthday. First we were told they could not be delivered on the day we requested as it was a bank holiday (although in fact it was the Tuesday following the bank holiday), then we received an e-mail (far to late) telling us that the courier had not delivered the flowers.
Trying to get through to anyone on the phone to find out what was going on was extremely frustrating, canned music seemed to be the answer. then on the number from the website, it was apparent that the person we spoke to was not authorised to do much about it.Going to our local ASDA tomorrow to speak to someone there.

Does anybody have a contact name for someone is Asda responsible for the arrangement with Superflora.
I sent "Sue" at superflora a couple of emails - at the request of one of their staff after a slight difference between the website photos and what was delivered and giving her time to reply if she was off as not responded.....wanted to include someone on the Asda side on CC for the my 2nd chaser email.....
First email sent on 11/12/2008 - chaser sent 22/12/2008.........and asking for her opinion.
Not good enough........What should I put in here that won't upset people.........0
