Personally I think you chose an inappropriate method of sending flowers to someone in hospital in the first place.
If you read my posts you will see that they have taken my money and admitted that the order is not on their system therefore the flowers were never sent. Its not an inappropriate method of sending flowers they offer next day delivery read below what their website says
If you want your bouquet delivering on a specific day, select a bouquet from our courier delivery range. All bouquets are professionally arranged, hand tied in an elegant box (shown below) and delivered by courier. Couriers deliver up until 7pm on the day of delivery.
If you do not need an exact day of delivery, you can select flowers from our postal delivery range. They are packed in bud for extra freshness and delivered by first class post in a neat, secure box (as shown below). If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select a bouquet which is courier delivered0 -
I bet you are the sort of person who goes around looking for people to make mistakes and when they do you love to lap it up. I bet when you walk around a store you deliberatly fall over anything that is in your way.
i love your responseAny rogue trader will laugh when they see you coming along. There's one born every minute
seriously, sweetheart, you wont get £300 out of this and if you do then you are the "rogue" you mention so frequently. The shop will refund you money, and the money you paid for alternative flowers. That is all you need really.
Just out of interest....are you a man? the macho type? the one that doesn't understand that when a woman has sweated and been in pain for X amount of hours having a baby they don't want some goon waltzing up to them asking them to sign for a bunch of flowers. Next time, go to asda buy the flowers and take them yourself.:A I love MSE!!! :A0 -

No, not really, they quite like it. It means they get their housework done for free. I hide it under my fringe if I'm having an 'independent woman' day though.
Truth hurts, uh?:A I love MSE!!! :A0 -

I was going to say something similarNext time, go to asda buy the flowers and take them yourself
Now there is an idea! If the person is that important to you that the flowers needed to be sent so urgently, why not take the time out to go and visit them in person? I'm sure that visiting your friend would constitute a far more constructive use of your weekend than venting on an internet forum.0 -
