Just been told off for leaving the downstairs light on, and had it explained to me how I can go downstairs turning the landing light on first, I don't need to leave the downstairs light on.

best Kenwood chef meringue recipe eva!!! (adapted)
egg whites (1 per oz of icing sugar)
Icing sugar (1oz per 1 egg white)
Method
Put egg whites and icing sugar in K bowl. attach whisk attachment. Beat on slow speed gradually increasing to 5 or 6 till reasonable peaks form.....
Spoon on to baking trays lined with silicone liners (£shop) using two spoons (you don't need a piping bag) Put in oven at 120c for approx 1-1.5 hours till dried out.
