I think you should do a little research before declaring yourself board geneticist.

There`s lots more information available if you care to look.
And it still all boils down to eating more calories than your body needs resulting in the excess being laid down as fat.
Yes some people put on weight more easily than others but we have always known this.
I appreciate some medication leads to weight gain, my husband had the typical belly and fat face but thin arms and legs of a long term steroid user. But then an alcoholic will normally have a big belly and be scraggy elsewhere.
And yes people with Prader-Willi syndrome will be very overweight but these are the exceptions rather than the rule.
We will all lose weight or not put it on if we consume less calories than we use.0 -

Of course you would - once you have made damn sure it would be impossible for a potential employer to meet your needs.Yes. It takes more effort for me to do many physical tasks (such as reading) and there are various other factors that can cause me to get tired very quickly.
But you have absolutely no problem posting extensively on here? Clearly that doesn't cause you any problems. How can this be?0 -

I honestly thought employees were supposed to meet the needs and requirements of the person paying the wages, not the other way round.
There must have been an industrial revolution since I retired.
What are you doing to ensure you have the capability to earn enough to support your family? Your family, your job to support them. Work, unlike benefits, does not pay employees extra depending on their circumstances.0 -

Even using a screen reader, she has managed to post in excess of 20 posts a day on this forum alone - that is a hell of a lot considering the multiple health problems this person apparently has.0 -
