Thanks - probably have the balance too close to the limit in that case. Equifax is in ok shape, better than when I opened the card. Guess I just have to leave it a few months.0

Dont think its anything you being close to the limit if anything that would of helped i would of thought,i remember them increasing my flybe from 1k to 1.3k when my balance was £870,which means i was only £130 away from my limit.0 -
With sygma i hope people now that if you get turned down for say the flybe card on a monday, you can still apply for another sygma card a day later,it happened to me back in april,i remember sygma my world turning me down and the next day silver excepted me then 2 days later sygma days excepted me,but later i closed the 2 accounts down due to poor limits.
With the multiple applications - I was wondering if you applied for them within minutes of each other - or are we talking days between applications
I applied for a football card and was instantly approved
"Congratulations
Your application has been accepted.
What happens next? We will issue you with your new card and PIN within 7-10 working days.
Your application reference is given below. Please write this down and quote it if you need to contact us."
Then applied for another Sygma card within seconds and received the 7 day message
I think that the football cards will be easier to obtain as they are not marketed as actively as the rest
as an existing Duet card holder I received a pre approved silver card application so that can go in the post - min credit limit £100
Do you think I shot myself in the foot applying for two cards within minutes of each other ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Hi,
I have appliied for the creation card and the application was referred. I have now received a letter stating my application has been declined.
I have checked my credit report both with Experian & Equifax and dont see any problem with it. Is there anyway to appeal against it?

You can try but I don't think would make any differences..you should call them to see why they've declined your application in the first place0

Received an offer today from Silver to transfer cash to bank account up to £500 at 2.9% then reverting to 22.9% after 6 months.....0

I applied for the Sygma Silver card and was accepted with a £2000 limit at 18.9% APR and 3 months at 0%, I have had it just over a month and have paid a bit off early before the direct debit is due (because i don't trust my bank to do anything on time any more - so i thought i would make sure)!!
Anyway, I am thinking of applying for another card with Symga and was wondering which is currently doing the best deal and how long i should wait. I go away on 14th Nov and it would be great to have one before i left, but not at the risk of having it declined and damaging my credit file.
Should i wait until the DD has come out for my first min payment too or is the fact that i have made a payment already enough? Or should i just leave it 3 months to be on the safe side?
Sorry for the ramblings, my brain is whirring!
Any advice is appreciated.£5 a day April Challenge ~ £0 / £160.
Pay one debt 2013 ~ £/£4875.210
