Morning all! How are we on this merry morning?
I nearly fell over a minute ago. I think the Barclaycard Pre-app checker is broken... this is what it told me:
ZOMG!
/still not applying.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Nice
Mine is still not so great so it's not broken
I'm still on the hunt for a proper current account, my BR has now passed the 3 years and files are as clean as possible. I think I'll wait another few months for the new flybe to write some more zeros and try again - Halifax / HSBC have already given me the finger.
Cheers!

I applied for simplicity. Couldn't resist the urge! Argh thats my second application in six months now. Naughty me must abstain until October now.
Watch this space... They say they need more information... Will let you know what happensCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

izools I hope your not getting in that dirty habit again mate.
But would be a great card to have TBH.0 -
Just thought I would share a little story. I have had a Capital One Classic since my student days in 2002 and they have never increased my limit from £700 in the last 8/9 years even though my income is 20k+ and I have since become a homeowner.
I applied for the Capital One Progress card just for the hell of it last week even though I thought I would probably be declined because I already own a CapitalOne card and they’ve just approved me with a £2500 limit?!
This helps because after paying off all my payday stuff, I should have an extra £240 leftover0 -
C'mon man, I've applied for one thing in six months, never used my overdraft with HSBC, zeroed and closed all my old credit cards...
Seems its paid off and as you say, a great card to have even if I never us the damn thing.
Knowing my luck though they'll send it out with a mental limit and close it before I even get to activate it...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Well, watch this space guys; will see what happens. Haven't got any active credit cards atall at the moment, all show as settled, so Limit to Income ratio of NIL right now. Might get a mental limit
