    I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that's going to be/is industry policy, and applies to increases that you have not asked for. If you request an increase it can happen instantly (subject to them approving it of course) - that's why the credit increase request tab has not been disabled

    Automatic increases are provided alongside 30 days notice, however a customer manually requesting an increase of their own volition isn't covered by the governments new initiatives.

    The initiatives are to "protect" the less savvy borrower who seems to think it's not their responsibility to ensure automatic limit increases are suitable for them.

    your right again izools just phoned up got my increase to £2340 and they gave me 9 months 0%, I think I am going to stop slagging off Sygma and turn my frustration on to barclaycard!

    Yeah they did try and fob me off saying they are not aloud to do it manually anymore.
    Until I was a bit more persistent and asked for a BT.
