And just when it was going so well! Had a Next account approved last month (limit £150), spend about £30. Had statement come yesterday, paid it off in full. Placed an order this morning for about £35 worth of goods, then received a phone call from them saying they've removed limit from my account & cancelled order!
Done a quick search & it seems as though this is a fairly common issue with Next - just seems odd that they'd remove the limit the day after I paid the full balance. Perhaps I'd have been better letting a balance carry over to next month.
Rant over - perhaps they'll reinstate it next month? In need of a new signature! :rotfl:0 -

What really got me thinking though is what would've happened it I'd chosen to only pay the minimum amount? Would they have still reduced my limit to zero & then charged me for being over limit? In need of a new signature! :rotfl:0
