  • Wow, if that's a good deal on the iPhone I'd hate to see a bad deal, £1200 over 18 months is more than I spent on my phone, laptop, HDTV, PS3 and Hi-Fi! (Not a criticism by the way, you seem happy with it, the sheer cost is just astounding to me though!).

    Yea, I heard that too.

What did make me laugh was that stupid iPhone and Blackberry funeral Microsoft did, when they launched their Windows 7 handset. Lol

Funeral? I never heard about that.

Christ, I never thought about that

I know what you're saying, but, I use my phone alot. I will change price plans after my 9th month. So the cost will reduce by £15 pcm so that's a saving of £135.

I think you're a little mad spending that much, but money should be used to make you/others happy, and if this does it then fair enough!

Plus I'm biased anyway as I hate Apple!

    +1 with a passion.....................

Anything with an Apple badge on it can be firmly placed in the same box as Armani sunglasses and Gucci handbags :rotfl:

As Callum says as long as you are happy that is the main thing, it means nothing what anybody else thinks :D

  • Another 36 weeks the iphone 5 is due to be released.
  • With regards to catalogue credit limits: I opened Next and Very over a year ago, and got a £200 credit limit with Next and £500 I think with Very.

Next haven't fluctuated much, they did put me down to £150 for a couple of months when I wasn't using it though.

I have spent on both accounts a fair amount, never miss repayments, have a small balance on Next thanks to their sale, and some items on BNPNY with Very.

Next is now £2,000 and Very is £1,400. I would not want any more, especially Next, as the APR would be silly on that amount.

I'd much prefer to pay interest on Next than buy "interest free" from Very.

Compare a product that both Next and Very sell, and you'll see just how much Very is overcharging so in the long run, you could be much cheaper paying interest.
