Because I chose to be led by the frantic group of Sygma card applicants on these forums. It was my choice which I take responsibility for.

I needed a new PC anyway and I saw no harm in borrowing an amount easily repayable within a short timeframe.

Yea well lenders look at 12mth searches! Just cos equifax shows it in a manner of "searches in last 6mth" does not mean the lenders look at that... yea, they classify the overall 6month check but if they see loads more before it they accumulate into one total... you'll easily be at 8+ for the year - which by the way is very good, but not for an ex BR - sorry, no I disagree. My tax has bailed you once, rather not do it again.
