What i said was nice it was not nasty just pointing out a few key issues.

Err, no, it wasn't nice. You were accusing me of being all sorts of things that I wasn't. You were undermining my past financial decisions and trying to portray me as an oager to all credit and banks, not to mention stating a tash can is cleaner than my experian file despite my having 30 months flawless conduct on it.

Trash-talking, assumption-making, subprime-insulting. That is what you are doing. It's not respectable and won't earn you rep.

I thought the trash can comment was quite funny - in general.. not because it was aimed at you.

Yes you do have 30 months of flawless credit history on experian ,but the credit card companies that search experian think you are a very high risk, and will not offer you credit.

Started uni today on another computing course and they asked me if I would also like to study Biology as an additional subject. I thought brilliant, at least there will be 1 thing I'll enjoy studying.

Superb! Well done mate :) I'm hoping to return to Uni one of these days to do an MSci in Computer Science and Mathematics but the prospect of no salary for four years is a daunting one and more thought is needed...

Best of luck with it

    :rotfl:

Good luck with it :) My transfer away from Computing has been completed now apparently :D

Biology as a 2nd subject is a bit of a random one isn't it!? Do you have an exceptionally high score in Science/Biology from pre-uni?

It was optional and I didn't have to study it but I really enjoy Biology and other science subjects so grabbed the chance.

I'm going to study A level Physics on a distant learning course with another institution as well as doing my degree - well, I hope to if I'm not too run down with the computing work.

I like to keep my options open and have qualifications in different fields for when I get bored in the future. :D

Ah that's cool, good luck with it! I understand what you mean about having different fields, if I was good at anything else I would! :p

That's partly my reasoning for going to accounting, it will give me the accounting degree and then I can say about computing, to degree level 1 anyway - but hopefully employers would put 2 and 2 together and work out that I'm better than a lot of standard accounting applicants would be, because to even get entry to a Computing degree and pass what I took you've got to be good at Computing alone, to get entry into just accounting obviously you don't need to be... Certain roles could hopefully combine computing/accounting to my advantage

Are you starting accounting in year 1 or did they let you go right in to 2nd year considering you had already spent a year doing computing?
