No I think I'm about 6 months in.. I had 16 months interest free.

Could I send them a secure message asking them to reverse it?

I opened my Next account a few weeks ago with a £300 credit limit. I had some clothes delivered to my local shop to save on the delivery fee and they asked me if I wanted a directory card, I said yes and they printed something out from the computer and asked me to sign it.

I guess you can either do the same or call them and ask.

No harm in asking mate - if you've got advance account then ring cos it's then put through to UK - if you're not, then it'll go to India,

You normally get the card after 6 months with them....but you'll probably have to chase them

Quickie regarding Aqua.

Sent my acceptance letter off and rather than use the second class post paid envelope, I sent it first class and signed for.

Card and pin within 6 days.

Initial limit of £350 and when I spoke to the very helpful customer services fella, he said any increase would be in month six.

Hope this is of help.

just phone them they are sending one out in the post get it by 18 sep

Yea, all you need to do is ring them up and ask for one. You can have one after 6 full months and not missing a payment.
