    Hey all,

Just a quick question. On my Capital One online panel, in one section there is a link that says 'Credit Limit Increase' and I was wondering if that's there for everyone because I thought you couldn't get a limit increase until you get your 4th statement and I've only just had my 1st.

    Thanks

I got the following message when I clicked the link

"We review our customers' accounts periodically. As part of these reviews we will write to you and let you know if you are eligible for an increase to your credit limit. Please do not call our contact centre to request an increase in your credit limit as our advisors are unable to grant credit limit increases on request and are not able to influence the timing or outcome of the periodic reviews. "

Have you tried clicking the link

I don't want one yet! I want to do this properly and rebuild my rating! And you can't forbid me anything, I'll rip your arm off and beat you with the soggy end if you try...although, that would mean no chocolate on account of you being unable to carry it. Ah, choices, choices....chocolate or playfighting... I'll have to think about that one :p

Just mailed him as we speak, lets live in hope lol. His knowledge was unsurpassed... many pretenders to the throne but only one that could truly carry it off

Let's hope he makes an appearance.

I think you will have the option of confirming the request before it is sent

The address change / Balance transfer options require the CVV to be entered before sending the request

I wonder why the credit limit increase option is given ?, bearing in mind the response when I clicked the link

if he did I wonder if izools would compare himself to him then? :D

I wasnt even having a go at him for that, it just seems that he acts like he knows everything but if I recall he's only young and bankrupt. not a great role model to take advice from in my book.

at least stuff that never in doubt posted did add up and was proven on most occassions to be true like the hsbc stuff (i followed that to a tea). didn't sutton9111 follow this advice and get accepted but he has defaults?

izools seems like a leech for want of a better word!

Maybe it's a throwback to a time when they did? Or maybe it's something that was a part of the code for the perfect history cards and they couldn't isolate it to just those types on the website so everyone gets to see it.
