No it wasn't. You're right. I don't think there's a soul on this planet that can make head or tail of their stupid risk score system... even the branch managers seem to make it up as they go along :mad:

Forcing him is easy Finding him, another matter
May just send him a quick e-mail but very much doubt he will come back.

Hey all,

Just a quick question. On my Capital One online panel, in one section there is a link that says 'Credit Limit Increase' and I was wondering if that's there for everyone because I thought you couldn't get a limit increase until you get your 4th statement and I've only just had my 1st.
