See if it was me who got the letter I would send the timetable back with a big FAT CHANCE across any of her days. How dare she tell you when you can have your children. Who's Vag did they come out of anyway! At least you and your ex are still on good terms. :)

How is your little man? I bet he's growing already. Congrats on him by the way :D
What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..
  • a timetable for when YOU can have YOUR daughters? I'm astounded! x

GG - I know you've figured she's kicking off because she's always had her own way, but TBH she's behaving like someone who has seriously lost the plot. Not much you can do about that except stay well clear - which includes not responding to her in any way as any response directly from you may only serve to further feed her fantasies.
She's clearly in a very, very bad place.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I agree - it might be worth speaking to her doctor about the way she is compared to the way she used to be. Could it be the menopause, do you think?

I`m sorry but that is such a silly comment. The only side effects you get from the menopause are hot flushes and night sweats...nothing else! And the OP is not a blood relative so cant speak to mil`s GP !

Maybe that was the case for you. But for many others, it's the tip of the iceberg!

I would consider contacting the passport office to have a note put on your daughters passports now - you said earlier you didn't think it was required but for all the time it wil take it'll ensure no replacement can be ordered.

Please please do as Clooties Mum suggests ! With someone as deranged as she sounds there is not telling what she might do.

Unlikely she would go that far, but sometimes deranged and jealous people work along the 'if I can't have them she can't have them either' principle. Probably I'm being over dramatic but she really sounds out of touch with reality.

It then contained a timetable for when I was to have the children, when ex was to have them and when she is to have them. :rotfl:

She's been told by my solicitor and had a visit from the police that any attempt to take, collect or pick up my children without my express permission will be viewed as kidnap - pure and simple. I'm told that she's now going to court for access (having been told there's no chance of residence), but given that she told my eldest that one day her, her sister, Granny and Grampa would all live together abroad it's not very likely she'll get it.

Gemma I'm really sorry this has ended up like this. How nice would it have been if all involved adults could be civil and friendly, instead you have to deal with a woman whose need for control is greater than her love.

Even when things are completely against her, she still continues to try to assert her authority. She's a dangerous woman simply because of her lack of understanding of her issues.

I hope she fades into the background soon but I fear the reality will be different. Personally I would treat with extreme caution and always assume the worst. Better to be OTT than caught out one day. I second the passport thing, you just never know.

  • i've been lurking and firstly CONGRATS!!

secondly, even if she apologises, i still would not trust her to be left with the children after all of this.
